We do not like the same kind of thread again and again. Since this has just become a website drop thread and every other concern buried, it is now serving the same purpose as this thread: Post Ebay/Web Hermes Finds Please post all your finds there.

If you look at OP's post (below) this thread is clearly supposed to be trouble shooting thread
I will change the title so it is crystal CLEAR

I have to admit I had no idea that’s what this thread was meant to be used for. Thank you for clarifying @papertiger. Will be helpful for troubleshooting h dot com in the future.

To my knowledge Hermes.com has always had issues. Like getting blocked and stuff. I have bought stuff since 2012. So my issue from yesterday is that the system is telling me in red letters " please try again later or go back to home"
I have never seen this. Yes last week I order shoes in different sizes to try on and did the same thing 2 days ago and now have returned 2 pairs. Has anyone seen this? Have I been blocked from purchasing?

Been wanting to get my 1st picotin bag for a while. I live in Canada and they seem impossible to find in store here. I even left my contact info with a sa to let me know if they do receive one but it's been months and still no news. Is it possible to score one online? If so, how often do they release them online and what is the best way to track them down?

It's possible, but you need to haunt the site several times a day. They usually do two bag drops a day (in AU, typically weekdays only) but the bags are all snapped up within minutes. Make sure you are logged in so you can do a quick check out to payment. Good luck!

Usually if you can check out it will ship but on certain occasions another person has successfully ordered as well (aka simultaneously), they may cancel yours.

Have you ordered other bags recently? If so, this may be the reason they cancelled your order. I had an ordered cancelled before and I called customer service, they told me I had reach the limit.

What is the best purchase method for Hermes.com in Canada? Is it better to use Apple Pay, PayPal or to save your bank card? I ordered a Picotin 18 today using PayPal but I heard they cancel PayPal orders quite often. I really hope it doesn’t get canceled.
Also the site constantly says I’m blocked but if I refresh the site it disappears.
