What happens if I purchase a bag online under my husband name, not on the profile but has the same home address. Will my SA or my home store notice it?

When your store goes to bring up your profile they will see “Smith, Bill. 123 Main St…..” “Smith, Jill. 123 Main St…..” If you share a last name with your DH and if you have a unique enough last name, they might put two and two together but likely won’t care since the SM won’t see it when reviewing your profile for approval of an offer.

Good job on getting a Lindy! I heard the new limit is 2 bags per year, but unsure if you return one. Any tips on how you were able to grab a Lindy from website? Those bots are super fast.

Unfortunately I only about Europe, but there it is 2 non-quota bag per half a year (Jan-June/July-Dec).

this one I don’t know unfortunately. But online they also limit now items such as Bride-a-brac - but in the store there is still an „unlimited“ amount of purchases possible. So probably there is a online limit for KTC and CTG as well.

Hi guys! I just went on the website to check for Chypre sandals and there were some! I went to check out but then it wouldn’t let me and then blocked me! I’m a regular Hermes customer. Can anyone help me? Is there a way to get unblocked?

Exact same thing happened to me today - I'm a regular H customer too, and have never clicked like a bot. In fact, I hate the bots with a passion since they are who prevent real people like us from even getting to see products load onto the site, or have a chance at purchasing anything online! It's now been 5 hrs and still blocked...did it resolve for you within the day?

Haven’t seen one in months but remember some from last year. They post one or two bags few times per week chaotically but these are never available when you click them. I’m hoping for the Daisy picotin but no luck so far.

What does “pending payment” mean? Do I need to call them to verify my payment or it’s just a stage in order processing and no action needed? This is my first time paying with Apple Pay so I’m wondering if it went through. Just don’t want them to cancel my order automatically.

I had this a few days ago as well! I didn’t have to call my cc company to verify my payment, and the status changed from pending payment to in preparation within a few hours. I paid by Apple pay too.

After scoring constance slim online, I ordered 3cc cardholder in same color to use with this slim. However, my order got cancelled twice.

So I call customer service and ask for the reason. The staff said that as Constance Slim and 3CC fall in the same SLG categor, so the web automatically declined my purchase for fairly distribution. The point is that I’ve seen this 3CC left in online stock for months but still they won’t sell to a customer who really want it. What a weird!!!
