I spoke with a manager yesterday and she understood my frustration and agreed a tight belt hole was not my fault. She said she would look into the matter more and talk with her team. I'm not sure what that means. She told me she would try to call me back that day but I have yet to hear back from her. I received the belt back today and took photos in bright light to show any flaw that may be on the belt. For some reason, I can't upload them on here. It keeps saying that it's not a valid file.. it's a jpg.

So glad to hear they are at least investigating this issue regarding the belt holes. It certainly seems this should have happened before they sent it back to you. I'm continually puzzled by various things I read here, regarding experiences with H.com customer service. I prefer to use the online store for reference, and then shop in my boutique! Please keep us posted.

Well, at least you might be getting somewhere with this, good luck! I have found that I need to email pics to myself & save them or take a cropped screen shot, and then attach them, I cannot upload directly from my computer to tpf. ;)

Found one small item on the website, not doing much with them online anymore since all the changes, too much hoop jumping to find anything I want. But one small item showed up so I placed it in the shopping cart.

This is absurd. A 10 year old can probably design the site better !! Sigh........You should send this screen shot to the Hermes USA president.

Oh well, at least the total is right. They canceled my order.. I know nothing special for Hermes.com, but still. Aren't you suppose to keep track how much you have in stock ? I do not think you can get the high frequency even in the pre-IT era...
 
They emailed me couple time, asked me to verify shipping/ billing and called my bank to have everything ready to go, and last time I called, the CS lady said it's all set and they r preparing shipment. Then this morning I got a cancellation email??!!!!

I used to be able to visit several Hermes boutiques to survey their silks, but now I can't get even to one store, so I'm dependent on H.com (and you very helpful people!) to show me the existing options.

I have started to research the different carre stock available on the websites for different countries: if I know a particular pattern and colorway exists, I can start calling boutiques to see if they have it or can get it.

But I am having a hard time figuring out how many different H.com's there are:

France (france.hermes.com)
Canada (canada-en.hermes.com)
USA (usa.hermes.com)
Japan (japan.hermes.com)
Australia (australia.hermes.com)

The EU ones seem to have all the same stock:

Italy (italy.hermes.com)
Spain (spain.hermes.com)
Netherlands (netherlands.hermes.com)
Switzerland-Germany (switzerland-de.hermes.com)
Britain (uk.hermes.com)

Are their other online H.com's I can look at? I thought once that I saw a list on the main H.com, but I can't find it now. What is missing from my list?

I tried a quick search of the forums but didn't find a list. If there is such a list, do point me to it, and thank you.

Hi wondering if this happened to anyone else. I bought garden party on h.com this week. Missed fedex delivery yesterday when I was in my closet and guy didn't bother to even ring the bell. So I was expecting package today and decided to track door tag number where it says that shipper requested the package to be returned to them! I call h.com and they tell me that because of high value of the package they have requested it to be returned to them even after just 1 failed attempt! And once they would receive it they were planning on calling me to find out if I still want it. Wondering if this happened to anyone else? I have bought from h.com multiple times even a kelly wallet missing multiple deliveries and never having an issue like this! So I don't know if they changed their policy but they should make people aware that you can't miss one chance at delivery?

How odd! I called them knowing I wouldn't be home so requested that the pkg to be held at a Fedex/Kinkos. They refused saying they needed "at least 1 attempt" before they could do so. A week earlier a person I spoke with gladly called Fedex to have a different delivery held. This was just a month ago... Maybe they dictate different policies for different zip codes (i.e. Very busy, dense areas like Manhattan vs. a quiet suburb)? Either way their lack of transparency is maddening - especially for things we legally are entitled to having a basic expectation!
