How often does everyone go shopping? I think I have a good relationship with my SA, but feel like it manifests best in person. Last time I went in my SA mentioned two Constance Slims arrived the day prior and I snagged one. Another SA saw and jokingly told me clients that are in more often get all the good stuff. I don't expect my SA to text me about every shipment that comes in, but if I had an option I would totally want to browse every shipment!

I think I've become a serial shopper at H lol. I've been shopping 1x or 2x a month since I started. Came for the jewelry then decided to wait for a quota bag then started buying all the other stuff... I always have a great time shopping with my SA and I agree with you on the in person part! I do make some small talk and I'm genuinely interested in having a conversation but I'm a straight shooter by nature so I come with a list of items and I just want to knock off each item on the list lol. I'm definitely not someone who will head to the store to take a gander since I could be using that time more productively. Also when I make small talk sometimes I forget about things I've been meaning to ask my SA LOL. So I have to go back. It's just so much easier to get a response if I ask my SA in person. My SA only texts me if items I've requested have come in, so I can come by and take a look. Any offers of bags or slgs have been in person.

Once a month, but that is because of my (leather) appointments and I live nearby. I only buy what I like and if they don’t have it I’ll try next time. Have you spoke about the items on your wishlist? It helps when they know what you’re looking for.

This is the exact same situation for me! I always go in with things in mind I want to buy, but my SA also doesn't really text me unless to confirm an appointment. I have a list too and try and knock it out. I've also been a 2xer for the short time I've been shopping with my SA, which I feel I can only sustain for so long given I'll run out of things to buy. I'm pretty set on rings for example after buying three, so I probably won't be picking up any others unless something really special comes in.

Reflecting back I've gotten two non-QBs, a KTG, and a Constance Slim in two months so it's definitely been fun and amazing to go in every time, and makes me want to try and keep it up! But again, afraid it's unsustainable unless I start a scarf collection or something lol.

I don't really have a wishlist set up outside of the QB I want. But I think that's why shopping in person works so well for me, as my SA suggests items that she thinks I'd like and I almost always say yes given she knows my style pretty well. I set up appointments with the purpose of buying and have at the very least a vague sense of what I'm looking for (i.e., one trip I wanted black boots, another trip I knew specifically I wanted Frenchie boots and confirmed they were in stock before going in). But when I'm in I get to browse the full store inventory and walk out with so many more things that I may not know I wanted, hah.

ETA: I guess my question is how often do people find new things that want to buy? I don't ever want to make an appointment without something in mind I want, but that would kill my opportunity to browse while in person at some point like I mentioned, unless I find other items I know I'll use.

I’ve just got a call from my SA. This is the first time she called me and she was personally inviting me for a client event. I was surprised as I am just 4 months into my Hermes “journey”. I don’t have a clue on what to expect. Am I supposed to spend or is it just come in and see the new collection, mingle and enjoy?
Perhaps your SA is inviting you to cultivate you as a client (which you already are) & just to
introduce you to the world of Hermes at another level.
Enjoy the evening & do what you are most comfortable with.. mingle & enjoy!

Ah I'm kind of the same. I always walk out with more than I think I was going for.

Hello all!

Always have been Lurking here and enjoying everybody’s story.

So we now had a message from our SA that we can finally get our bag!

We applied for a mini Constance and the presumed color is the Gris Pale with Gold Hardware.

Has anybody seen this color combination more often appearing?

In the beginning I was shopping more (2-3x per month) because I had a lot of items I wanted to purchase. Now I feel like the momentum is dying down because I’ve purchased most of my wishlist and am now just waiting for a QB offer if it ever comes.

My SA texts me back quickly but he never reaches out first to let me know there’s an item or non-QB for me. He only offers me non-QBs when I’m in the boutique shopping. I guess I’m also worried that he won’t text me about a QB either and I would have to be in the right place at the right time (i.e. physically in the store) when there is a QB for me.

This is exactly the situation I'm in and exactly how I feel. I am also waiting for the QB offer and my SA also doesn't actively reach out with items of interest, but will always offer me great things when I am physically with her. I feel like if I'm not going in 2x a month I'll miss being offered items I would buy if I had the opportunity to buy. But yeah, I knocked off so many things I wanted and totally get the whole losing momentum feeling. Thank you for commiserating!!

want to commiserate with y'all too! its about a 30-40 min drive for me and my work schedule is so hectic, i dont want to go without a clear "objective". momentum is slowing for me too and im slowly running out of stuff to buy. im almost "reserving" certain things for later in case i totally run out of things...like hmm i wouldnt be opposed to a blanket down the road but i dont necessarily neeeed one right now... haha
my sa never texts me about items..... i only reach out to her to make appointments and she confirms the times... thats about it..

Yeah and basically the rest of my wishlist is hard to find / not in stock so it’s just a waiting game now.

Hi everyone! I am interested in buying my first Birkin. I am contemplating purchasing this one: https://www.fashionphile.com/p/hermes-epsom-birkin-35-colvert-1296364.

Any advice or concerns? Ultimately, authenticity is my main worry. I am set on a Birkin 35 cm in Epsom leather, preferably in gold hardware. I am happy with most shades of blue for a change/pop of color.

Fashionphile.com states the handbag is 13.5 inches in length (base). However, 35 cm is equivalent to 13.77 inches. Do you think the employee entered the information wrong or are handmade Birkin handbags not always exact in measurement?

My home boutique is in Houston, TX. There are 5 to 10 items that I am interested in buying, but I don't know if playing the game is right for me. Thoughts? Thank you so much for your help!

Also, I apologize if I posted in the wrong thread.
