@tlamdang08 , I love your exotics and think that you have some of the most beautiful on TPF. So I would be very sad if you let them go. So I would keep your favorites for the once in a while. I remember a gorgeous green croc kelly in particular, that just took my breath away. JMO. I’m confident that you will choose the best course of action

So I found this bag with the color and size I’ve always been wanting. Question is, is $12k a good price for a seemingly slightly-used bag?
Would you buy a bag with condition and price like this? Thanks for any input in advance!

Chai Swift Lindy, right? Likely the Verso Mauve Sylvestre one. If you have a good in-store relationship, I would ask there first just in case they have one (granted, this was a limited 2021-2022 production, so they may not). If you can find it in-store, you’ll be saving around 40%. Otherwise, if it’s something you have been wanting for a while, I think it’s worth what you are willing to pay. And since this is (if my previous assumptions were correct) a Verso bag, it is limited edition and will not be produced again.

Not sure you’ll be able to find a Clemence ML in Chai. Chai Clemence is mostly for Birkin, Kelly, Picotin, and Evelyne so far. It’s a 2022 colour though, so maybe we will see that combo in the future. If you really want Clemence, maybe consider Biscuit or Trench as an alternative. But if you’re more interested in the colour, then perhaps the Chai Verso ML you found is your best option. Best of luck with whatever you decide!Thanks for the reply! To be honest I'd prefer a TC ML if it's possible. I wonder how likely my SA will put me on the list for one and actually give me one since I haven't purchase that much yet... Plus I care more about the color of the bag itself, verso or not. Guess I need to re-consider more...

A swift mini lindy for $12k?? Not in a million years for me. Swift is hard to sell and less desired than Clemence. I’d expect under $10k from a private seller (ie Facebook). JMHO.Hello everyone

Not a precise answer but a general rule of thumb is that gator is normally about 4x the price of the item in non exotics.
It depends... what's the event? I've been to events where I am able to buy stuff (various RTW events/trunk shows) and events where there's nothing available to buy (like the Walking on Air fashion show or the SS24 RTW presentation)... I don't think you're "expected" to buy anything though regardless. I'm sure your SA hopes you will! But if you don't see anything you like, don't feel pressured to buy anything and just enjoy!
Usually December at the earliest but in Europe not until January 1st usually (though some exceptions apply as always).
