I don’t have anything specific to add in the Paris thread so I just put it here. I wish people could see the Paris lottery as just that, a lottery. The chance of winning is tiny but it does happen to some. And there’s no magic formula, roadmap or tricks. It’s pure luck.

But I do understand how infuriating it can be. Like when I see the Euromillion pot gets to over 100 m and the Daily Mail announces the lucky winner. Again! In the UK! Come on!

It didn’t help to buy the tickets when we were in London. Still didn't win any Euromillion.
Lol and now you won’t win because you don’t buy a ticket at all.

The audacity of some people to not say Thanks upon getting some info/tips from me via DM.
!!!!!!!!!

Oh yes! This
!!!!!!!!!!

Do I have to be really cautious of colour transfer with my gold and etoupe coloured bags? I tend to wear blue jeans. Should I avoid wearing jeans when I carry my gold/etoupe Hermes bags? Thanks in advance

I’m not worried.

But it’s easier if you make sure your denim is colorsafe.

I'm in the UK and I've never won anything EVER in the Euromillions!
I think its about time I did....

It is annoying though, with Paris. People get so mad, when it's a complete game of chance. And the constant questions about "how many times did you apply" when again....it's chance.

Depends on the leather. Dark jeans will usually transfer, and it's amazing how many times they can be washed and will STILL transfer  - but transfer is no big deal on leathers like Togo and Clemence. Just take it off at end of day. Unfinished leathers are harder to clean.

I share the sentiment and therefore try to make a light-hearted comment about it, hopefully reframing the issue a little. It IS a lottery. No rhyme or reason. What more can anyone say about it, really?

While I sympathise, it does also make me sad (and sometimes amused) that people are so emotional and so invested on the process.

I have the same. I am the worst with jewellery, I do everything except martial arts in mine. The matrix backs to loosen-up after a time though so check once in a while, coz if it falls off whist soaping your ears everything may down the plug hole.
Good to know. I just got these for my daughter so I'll have to remind her. I could absolutely see the shower drain thing happening with her...
