Has anyone had luck with the Nice store? My mom is heading there in a month and she would like to try for her first B but I am not sure if the store is big enough to give people B's...

The Nice store is very small and i did not see much bags on display...I didnt know it is a franchise store when i was there but most of the time when i went i see different SAs...I made day trips to Monaco and Cannes...the stock and SAs there are so much better than Nice and i did manage to get a Kelly in Cannes...definitely worth making trips there if you are in Nice...

DH and I spent some time on the French Riviera earlier this month. We went to the stores in Nice, Monaco, and Cannes. The Nice store had low stock. The Monaco store seemed to have good selection. ..especially in exotics. But the store was packed with big (huge) spenders buying arm loads if clothes and shoes. ... so all the SA were catering to them. We had to wait almost 30 minutes to even talk to an SA. The Cannes store had good stock and was pretty busy too. The SA s that we encountered were all nice, and helpful, but didn't offer us a B or K. I think the SA in Cannes had stock but when the SA asked the manager whether she could offer to us, he said No. The saint tropez store was the best. Good selection and bought Kelly 35 in black Togo PHW, some loafers, and XL Clic Clac black enamel H with silver hardware. It was my lucky day! :) Asked for Kelly wallets everywhere and all stores said No.

Hi ladies,

For the lovely ladies here who have visited H store at these cities please rank the most likely to the least likely place that a walk in might score a lindy:

Barcelona, zurich, monte carlo, st moritz

And any opinion would be much appreciated
Thanks :)

I haven't been to any of the stores, but I would rank Monaco on the very bottom. The Monaco store gets a super super super rich clientele who are Vvvvvvvips with enormous purchasing power. Never seen as many exotic bags in one place at onetimemy life. Unless you fall into this category, it's extremely difficult.

Monaco is something else [emoji178] another planet. Zurich and Geneva are also very very rich cities with vvvips but luckily much less than in Monaco. I had a positive experience in Cannes. I vote for Cannes and Zurich. Why is Geneva not on the list?! I answered in detail in the other thread in more detail [emoji5]️

As the thread is for a discussion of Cannes, Nice and Monaco stores, can we stick to those only, please? It makes it hard to find information when it is dispersed among several threads.

Thanks!

If you have a relationship with an SA in Paris, but you're going to be in Nice, do you think it's possible to request that they transfer a particular item to Nice for purchase?

Nice is a franchise store so it may be hard to do a transfer. I have had my french boutique locate and transfer in items for me from other french corporate boutiques though.

Thanks, good to know. So you think it's possible for Paris to send to the Monaco or Cannes stores? I'll be in the area for over a week and will visit each city anyway.

Monaco is a franchise and owned by the same entity as well, I believe. It won't hurt to ask. Cannes, I am unsure of its status. If they are not able to do a transfer you could contact the respective boutiques you will be visiting and inquire about that item's stock in their store.

I see, thank you.

I'm going to Cannes, Nice and Monaco in september and I'll be looking for scarves. Does anyone here know if the boutiques there have good collections of scarves? :) I want to buy from the new collection  How is the Nice airport store?

Stock can be a bit low sometimes after August holiday. Nice T2 is a compact store but I've never left it empty handed - scarf selection can be a bit sparse but they don't usually have everything on display so it's worth asking. I have always found the staff helpful, unlike St Trop.
