I'm headed to Paris on the 25 of June, and I'm hoping to A. get an appointment, and of course, B. to get a B25, with a very specific color in mind. I'm not going in with high expectations, however, I will be in the South of France beforehand.. Does anyone have experience in their stores? Saint Tropez/Cannes/Nice/Monaco

Any recent feedback? I will be in Nice mid July for about 9 days. We plan to take a few day trips to Cannes, Monaco and hopefully St. Tropez. I would love to hear any recent buying experiences in these areas.

Hi dear. I went to south of France and can share my experiences.
I did not try nice and st tropez but went to aix en provence, cannes and monaco and marseille.
In Monaco i spent 5 mn in the boutique. The SA was not helpfull at all and maybe did not want to bother for all my request. Nothing was available... not pleasant at all. But the boutique was beautiful.
In Aix en provence, the boutique was relatively small but the staff was all very nice with me. I had a very pleasant time there and appreciated it a lot. Bought some scarves and ask for BK with no luck. They told me no stock... But proposed to try again in the future when I am around.
In Marseille the old lady was schocked that I kindly ask for a BK... of course it was a No! And not a warm one.
In cannes I did not score any bag but spent a good time in the boutique. The SA was very friendly and helpfull. And I bought scarves and perfumes.
She explained that they are quite open to sell those bags to tourist if stock is available. So it does not hurt to try.
She asked me to come back the following week but I was leaving the next day.

Thank you! I'm supposed to be there for the film festival and Grand Prix. Hopefully my trip won't be cancelled.

Last April, right after I got a B in Paris, I travelled down to Nice. Made a stop in Cannes for a day and went to the H boutique there. I was helped by a lovely SA and I immediately inquired about purchasing any B/K/Cs. She went back to the stock room to check and came back saying she had stock available for purchase but as I had JUST gotten a bag offer in Paris, I was not able to buy a B/K. She stated that if I came back in a few months or so, I’d have no problem getting a B/K then. I did not even purchase anything or express interest in any other items... kinda wanted to try my luck!

So they definitely do offer to tourists there without previous spend history! :smile:
