Beaulieu store is closing, maybe thus the reluctance. I think they belong to the same franchise as Nice and maybe they had already transferred the stock, if not physically, then in their computer systems. IDK, both stores are difficult, last time Nice seemed well stocked in Clic Clacs only.

Beaulieu store is closing? Is this official? When I was there, I wanted to go to Beaulieu sur mer, so I asked the SA at Nice store, she told me it was closed for renoveration. Why are they closing the store?

I asked the guys who were renovating it, they said that only the Madam Boutique will be there after the renovation. But they do not necessarily know the whole story, and they were not French, so maybe they had misunderstood. There was a note on the door though, referring people to the Nice store, so I don't have my hopes up. HTH.

I don't know if the SA is telling the truth or not. But overall, these three stores, the SA all replied politely, yet it felt like a soft rejection.

Hi all, I hope this is ok to post here. I'll be visiting the Riviera in first and second week June. Will be renting a car but was wondering about the traffic conditions, especially if driving to Monaco from Nice and to St Tropez from Cannes. Any advice would be appreciated.

Well if Beaulieu closes, it is pretty much a non-event. Both service and goods are lacking anyway.

HAs anyone been to any of the stores on the Riviera recently? Will be visiting Cannes, St Tropez, Nice and Monaco and wondering if we should visit H. Hoping to get a K (exotic if possible) and mayble some SLGs. Would be great if anyone can recommend a good SA. TIA.

Just been to these places, staff are nice and caught a K at Monte Carlo :).... They do have stock but I bet you have to buy something else before you ask for bags, they don't like people just go inside and ask for bags bags bags.... Good luck!

Very unlikely unless you are looking for a croc with diamonds. You should read through the thread. There is already information.

What's the different in inventory between a franchise store and a hermes store?

Going to be in Cannes in May. Hoping to hit the stores in Nice and Monaco too
