To add more confusion, I was told in paris when I bought my pochette that It's included in the quota ,
But my sister bought a cut and Constance within days apart and they told her that C is not included [emoji16]

Yeah Cut and Pochette in Paris are not in quota. Got 3 (would have been 4 but I declined one) of them in 2016.
Likely that Paris works differently.
