I think they might have bags with diamond pave hardware, there always seems to be one at each store opening.

I cannot speak specifically to what a new store opening in London is like, but my experiences at new store openings elsewhere have been fantastic. They tend to bring in some really special pieces. Also, in my experience, Birkins and Kellys seem to be plentiful at these events. I think it is worth attending, especially on the first day. I'd arrive at opening time so you can see the ribbon cutting ceremony and then have your first pick at the goodies inside

I'm going to London end of this month, and looking forward to score B/K/C, really excited about it! Especially they have almost 20% of tax refund. Does anyone know about VAT refund in the UK? Since the BREXIT and they are not longer part of European Union, where should I claim the VAT refund? after UK I will go to Switzerland, do we claim our tax refund before leaving UK at Heathrow or claim it in the last EU country?

The UK HAVEN'T LEFT the EU yet!!
U.K. is still in the EU! And it will be for the next 2 years after they trigger the formal process of leaving the EU. It doesn't happen overnight.
And even when U.K. leaves the EU, it may not leave the customs union therefore still within the single customs zone it currently belongs to. But that's another topic for another day!
After Switzerland will travel back EU or no? If no you should do detax at Heathrow, since u cannot do detax in Switzerland for any purchase being made within EU
I might just add that you will not get the full 20% back, its more like 14-15%.

Be prepared to get less than 20%…I only got 10% back =( but I shopped at selfridges and I was wondering if maybe there were additional processing fees with them?
10% is pretty usual in London from my experience. You can get the full 20% off at airport duty-free as there are no processing charges.
scoring a b/k/c as walk in is almost impossible in london I am afraid, u may have better luck at harrods though
you are right that the £ is low but the bag shelves in H stores are empty! thats the way it has been for the last few months
