Hi everyone, I have a quick question: how do you keep in touch with your SAs? I am quite new to H and I found a really lovely SA at Harrods but I don't have her business card so can't email/call her if I want to check if an item is in stock or just to say hello every once in a while, and I didn't see her when I last went to Harrods 
That's my question too, my SA either doesnt want to give me her number or didn't think it will be useful, so I cannot msg or call her if I want something. I live in London too and go to Harrods quite often, but I'm not sure if it would be OK to ask the other SAs about my SA or if they would be offended and think that I don't want them to help me?
haha I always do that if I don't see my SA there. I think it's ok, most of them won't remember me
Really? I bought a Jypsiere, a Herbag & a twilly at Hermes Selfridges & by my 2nd trip was offered a black birkin PHW but this was back in Nov last year
So lucky! Did you tell your SA that you were interested in black B or she/he just offered it during your 2nd trip?
I think someone on this thread suggested, that if you're a big spender you should buy at Harrods (not just H but everything). Then when you become a VIP customer (Harrods Platinum/Black card owner ?) you're granted the service of an inhouse private shopper, who then can help you with getting a B.You were very lucky then. Congrats.
