Hi everyone! I wanted to ask if Kelly Cut clutch was completely off the charts from now on? And you can't place a wish on it in any of the London stores?

Also if anyone recently got Kelly Pochette in London? I understand it's the most difficult bag to get right now, but is it still as rare as previous years or are they coming more to stores now?

Because if one clutch is discontinued and one is unattainable then there are not many options left! (That's the only two I like from H to be clear)
Got offered a Kelly Pochette in Nata Ostrich GHW after having changed my expired wish from a B25 over to a Kelly Pochette. I also saw Claire Chanelle was offered a Jaune Poussin Kelly Pochette on her latest Youtube video.

Isn’t that the hardest store? They also don’t sell exotics. However, I heard that to make up for that, they offer a lot of blue boxes, much more than the other stores.
I’ve had a fair bit of luck in Selfridges London H - it’s my home store.

I admit in the past 12 months, I haven’t had my wish fulfilled.

But I think Selfridges does well at fulfilling wishes for local clients.

I also did well at Selfridges and it was my home store then my SA left, and his replacement was great too but then he also left and since then I've kind of noot bothered to maintain my profile-theres no current bags I hanker after so I've not bothered to place a wish because the specs I want arent in production any more.
I think Selfridges was really good as home store until about 2 years ago unless you want an exotic.

Yes similar experience to you. My OG SA left to head office in June 2024. My replacement was lovely but she left to head office in April 2025. I’m now with my third SA in less than a year!

However, my new SA is fantastic, I love him already.
My birthday is next week so he has only had a couple weeks to find something for me and yesterday he gave me a fantastic surprise!

I will do a proper unboxing next weekend on my birthday but it really has made my birthday this year. He also got me a card and a box of Pierre Herme macaroons (my favourite)!

I’ve had a really challenging year personally and this has really cheered me up!

Selfridges used to be my store until my amazing SA left … I wonder if we had the same person?

I’ve moved to a new store now

Can someone more knowledgeable explain to me how Harrods Hermes stores work? If I’m both RTW and silk/SLGs client, do I shop separately with different SAs but still have one Harrods profile and a wishlist? Last time I spoke to an SA there, I got the impression that the Femme on the first floor has its own wishlist, but only for ‘exceptional’ pieces and for primarily RTW clients and they’re not able to help me downstairs. Many thanks!

You are kind of right. You have one profile and wishlist. Although Femme has a separate set of orders for everything they carry, including exceptional FJ, watches and RTW and thus bags as well. They can arrange for their colleagues to bring some items up to the ground floor during appointments. It is rather confusing so if you do shop regularly at Femme, I would advise sticking to one SA there, they are all so sweet anyway. 😉

Thank you! I normally get one-two RTW items per season and occasionally some resort pieces, so not a high profile client. And definitely not in the high jewelry/watches band 😅I don’t want to trick the system or play the game but was hoping to get my second wishlist bag which is fairly ‘boring’ choice so wasn’t sure if Femme is the right place as they mostly focus on rare bags. But you’re right, I’ll chat to the SA who was assisting me in the past to see what my options are.

I did- He still works for Hermes but in VM, Then I had Joseph and he left the company.
I kind of gave up after that because I found the other SA's quite transactional and not very engaging.
I ran into him Recently In Harrods H RTW it was lovely to see him.
Yes! I’m still friends with him and see him occasionally.

He put me with a girl called Arianna who was lovely too but she’s just transferred to head office in the showroom. She’s now put me with the new manager of H Selfridges and he’s amazing! He understands how sad I was to have changed SA so often. He’s done me well in the short amount of time I’ve been with him. I’m not giving up yet!
