Thank you for the reply 😊 I always wanted to have KP but never mentioned it to my SA because I am too afraid. I do go regularly, once a month and every visit I always spent around £1-3K. Do you think this is enough to ask for a KP? TIA!
Don't be afraid-Its just shopping.
If thats the bag you want mention it next time you're in-Your SA if they're good at their job should make a note of your request and tell you where you stand.

Of course. It’s your wish and you can put whatever you like on it. I think Hermes SA’s are genuinely excited when they can offer you a bag that you really want and if they don’t know about it they can’t offer it. Never be afraid to say what you would love. Keep us posted.

Isn’t that the hardest store? They also don’t sell exotics. However, I heard that to make up for that, they offer a lot of blue boxes, much more than the other stores.

That have sold exotics (at least in the past) I bought an exotic belt there and was offered a bag to match. I have never heard they get more blue boxes. They are more cooperative bringing inventory in from other stores too like shoes and fine jewellery (not bags obviously).

They haven’t sold exotics since 2020, the owner of Selfridges has banned exotics in the entire store.

Two SAs in different stores in London told me recently that Selfridges gets more blue boxes to compensate for the ban on the sale of exotics.

Oh, I think I remember that. I think I have blanked-out 2 of the worst years of my life. I think Selfridges went over to synthetic (only make-up) brushes too but they sell Hermes brushes (some of which are natural).

hello everyone, i wonder if anyone here maintains H relationships at two different London stores? Long story short, a SA from my usual store A moved to a bigger store B, where I shop much less frequently. This SA stayed in touch with me and has been very proactive in inviting me to events etc.

Now I have a bit of a dilemma… If I switch to B, I suspect it would be easier to get what I want generally as they have more stocks and bigger selection. But at the time I have had a very long history at store A (5+yrs), and the SAs there have been lovely. it feels a bit like a betrayal if I do switch!

I have been pondering this too (I wonder if we share the same SA?). I still mainly use the original store for now because it’s more convenient but I may dabble in both…

Advice please! I placed a wish in Selfridges 4 yrs ago, which I never renewed so it expired after a year. I recently bought a kelly belt from Harrods so placed a new wish there last month. (Was told my email address had been entered incorrectly 4 years ago- another story). I just bought a fine jewellery piece for £13k from NBS.

Should I transfer my wish to NBS or keep it at Harrods? Does it matter if all stores in Europe can see spend profile? (Which I know is not technically supposed to count, but can't hurt?)

Hello - just wondering about using two stores, if someone could confirm it would be super helpful. If I have an SA already, with a few years history, but that store doesn't have all the items I want - is it wrong to shop at a second Hermes store in london with another SA? I know bags are decided by headquarters, but I am guessing the issue about shopping at 2 stores is the second SA cannot vouch for me, or ask the manager of that store to push me forward for a QB, because my wishlist is at another store, is that right? Many thanks in advance if anyone can advise.
