Wow!! ok so you had to update your wish list after it expired? Also did you buy other items regularly? If so what and how often? Did it help your chances?
Sorry, just moved to london so just trying to figure out the workings here.
I did renew it once, yes. I’m a long-standing client but no VIP.
I visited regularly and wasn’t pushy. Bought things I liked.
I think you just need to build a relationship and things will progress naturally. I hope that helps!

I waited 2 months for my mini Kelly.

To give some context I got my first B25 in 2020 with no purchase history at NBS. I then made a wish at NBS for a Kelly 28 (which lapsed and was renewed and then lapsed again) During this time my SA left and I didn't really connect with anyone else at NBS so I decided to switch to Selfridges and met a lovely SA whilst hunting for a mini Lindy. I made small purchases here and there but nothing major. After I scored my mini Lindy, I decided to make a new wish at Selfridges but this time switch to a mini Kelly. Two months later, I was offered the bag.

I wasn't expecting to score it so soon but it may be because I hadn't received a quota bag for 3 years and because I wanted the mini Kelly in Chevré (which according to my SA is less popular as most people prefer Epsom).

I hope this helps and wishing you goodluck! :)

Hello, if something is shown to be only available in store (I cannot order it myself online to be delivered to my place), but not at my "home store", would my home store be able to order it for me through H.com or through other means?

I missed a few scarves and bracelets last year because life was busy!

TIA.

Technically, When you are in your home store you can ask your SA to request a transfer of such items to your store and when they arrive you will be alerted and can pay for them then. However: 1) the store that has the items might not be willing to agree to the transfer; 2) the availability shown on h.com (“available at NBS”) might be inaccurate (system not updated / stock is actually reserved for another client etc.).

If it’s just scarves and fashion jewellery I’d suggest you go to the store that the website says has these items and buy them there. Still count towards your purchase history.

I had an appointment in Cadogan Place this morning. Due to health reasons I hadn’t been in for 2 years. I really feel for the SAs. Mine could not have been more helpful and was dashing around. I could see the queue building outside the store and this was a Monday. This is their world every day.
I asked about a Jyspiere 28 but they didn’t have one - they average about one a month. I had it put on my profile but was told not to get my hopes up. He said they get so many requests and they cannot remember who wants what. But we live in hope. I also collected some sneakers ordered online. He ordered a scarf from the web site while in store to be delivered to store. So I’ll collect that soon and ask again about the J28. Rinse, repeat…

Hmmm I’m not too sure if the “one a month is really true”, they can definitely note down preferences rather than “can’t remember who wants what”. For their regular and royal customers with a strong relationship with a SA, I can’t imagine they don’t keep an eye out for them, and it just depends on what’s in stock that day.

Would be grateful to hear other people’s thoughts, I’m early in my journey also so don’t have a SA that would keep things for me yet but I also haven’t mentioned other bags aside from the wishlist ones.

I have been shopping there for 10 years and my last purchase was a Kelly from a wish list (my first) which was fulfilled within 6 months

Hi all. I picked up a QB this week at Sloane Street and I was told I wasn’t allowed to create a new wish straight away. leather SA said to come back in 2 months time. Has anyone else experienced this?

I was told that the time before last and then this time I waited two months to place the wish and my SA said that no longer applied (this was in October) so I was very confused!
