Today I found myself in the City an area I never go to and i decided to check out the worlds smallest Hermes store AKA Royal Exchange.
It is indeed tiny but what a lovely jewel box of a shop.
It felt like old times at Hermes, no hoards just lovely friendly sales people that I was able to chat to for ages about the house.
As I'm not looking to buy a new Quota bag or go on a wishlist (They no longer provide the leather I want in the size of bag I want) I'm thinking of chosing to make my next store purchase there just because I liked the calm vibe, friendly knowledgable staff and considered edit.

Lovely to hear this! I'm headed to London this summer and the closest Hermes to my office is Royal Exchange but was worried it might be too small as have heard the other locations are "better." I am new to the Europe/UK wishlist system but am hoping to put myself on the list as we do have a local residency and likely moving back there in the next year or so. is it possible to put down a wishlist with no purchase history in the country?

I’ve submitted a wish with my SA in my London store earlier this year and have shopped in the store a few times since. I asked my SA if some items were in store for me to purchase and I was told that they were not and I could get from the website or another London store. If I purchase the items from elsewhere could this delay my wish from being fulfilled? I realize that the UK works differently from other countries. Thanks

Hi! As far as I am aware (after speaking with several SAs) your purchases has no bearing on your chances of getting a wish. Bags are received and a team (not store SAs) will allocate the bags. I know people who have bought 1 or 2 items (shoes and belts) and have received a QB.
