Hey yes most definitely. I went in in March as a walk in and was after a Picotin, which they didn’t have any of, by the lady kindly showed me this bag but I wasn’t after this so declined. Thanks and good luckHi all! Would you think it is possible to be offered a Della Cavalleria as walk-in in any of the London boutiques?
Oh thanks! Unfortunately, I can’t order it from the UK website as I’m not in the UK right now. Traveling there soon though so I was asking to know what are my chancesThere's one on the website right nowView attachment 5999511
Wonderful! Thank you so much! This gives me hopeHey yes most definitely. I went in in March as a walk in and was after a Picotin, which they didn’t have any of, by the lady kindly showed me this bag but I wasn’t after this so declined. Thanks and good luck
congratulations! i'm waiting for one too but it has only been 3 months since I mentioned it so maybe too soon, but have an appt with my SA in 1 weeks time hoping to get a watch & maybe I'll gently ask about mini lindy...Went into store yesterday and my SA surprised me with a mini lindy which I have been wanting for ages. Was quite hopeful as they had one on display and I hadn’t seen one on display for a long time so assuming they are now coming into store again (definitely seen online but never quick enough). The store was very busy and didn’t see any other bags being offered but I was taken away into a “quiet” area. Keep the faith people!
SA's dont get commission on QBsWhat I mean is do they still get commission on quota bags even though it’s a wish list system? Thanks 😊
Hi, this is very interesting to me. I’m a new customer and have a London SA who’s very helpful. The SA suggested that some items that I like that are not available instore, are available online. There’s no mention of the SA placing the order, but do you think that’s what I should do when this is suggested? Thanks 😊Hey- anything they don’t have in store, they can check if the website has it or other locations. If they do- I go in to pay for the item. For website items I obviously could just order at home but it’s better to do it in store so the store receives credit for the purchase & it goes on my store profile. This isn’t referring to bags. For Bags (non quota) you always have to go in, unless your SA knows what you’re after and texts to suggest you come in because they have stock of something you want and they’re willing to reserve it.

Thank you. I’m happy for the SA to get the commission. It’s just not always easy to get to store as I don’t live in London, so ordering items online is convenient but I also want to build my profile in store. Good to know this. Thanks again 😊yes
it's a shame
several times I have seen items online and they have just not been available to the stores
that is what you have to do

Does anyone know if when you place an online with your SA whilst you’re in the store, does the item have to be delivered to the store and then collect it or can the SA arrange delivery to your home address and the SA still get the commission? I’m only enquiring about UK stores please as I know it may be different for other countries. Thanks 😊yes

you should have less obsession with SA's commission and concentrate on what provides you with the best shopping experienceDoes anyone know if when you place an online with your SA whilst you’re in the store, does the item have to be delivered to the store and then collect it or can the SA arrange delivery to your home address and the SA still get the commission? You can get it delivered to home as when things are not available in store I always get my SA to order for me and get it sent to my home address.Does anyone know if when you place an online with your SA whilst you’re in the store, does the item have to be delivered to the store and then collect it or can the SA arrange delivery to your home address and the SA still get the commission?
