Chemistry is a strange thing and like yourself it definitely took a little while for me to find the right SA, but now that I've found mine, the experience has just been so enjoyable. Fingers crossed, you'll find someone soon!

He said it had come in earlier on in the week and held it for me and kept it as a surprise. :love: I am over the moon with the bag but also grateful to have finally met an SA that I click with.

Congratulations, she’s a beauty!

I am in the state that you were in - I still haven’t found a new SA who I click with after my previous one left. I wish my Loewe SA was my H SA too cause we get along so well lol. The search continues I guess.

Given that I haven’t bought anything from Hermes in this current year, I’m not sure I should hold my breath for an invite this time? I have no idea how it works.

Fun aside: I went to Selfridges today, decided to pop into H - the S.A. in charge of recording appointments definitely gave me a serious, unsubtle case of elevator eyes, before saying “it’s a 3 1/2 hour wait, and no, I cannot check stock for you, even if it is fashion jewellery” dismissively…

Took all my fortitude not to drop this clanger on him…

it’s always fun when shop staff are welcoming! It’s interesting as members on this forum really like the Selfridges branch.

You can, but they will advise you that it is unlikely you will be able to have it fulfilled. Most of the time, if they offer you a bag on the wishlist, they will expect you to come down and get it within 3 days.

For those of you who have managed to get a QB bag through the wish list system. How long have you had to wait? I just wondered if everyone does receive one in the end of are we chasing a dream that will never come true?
