Thanks for your insights - I love this forum! I feel I got on with my OG, but the other leather SA I spoke to last week was also lovely, slightly more chatty but that's probably just their personality. I've heard a couple of people say CP don't focus on customer/SA relationships as much (though this could be completely wrong), so I don't want to push something if I don't need to  I always ask names of whoever I speak to as they've all been lovely so far. I got my Constance a few months ago with very little spend there so I'm hoping my wish for a B30 will come true soon!

Based on the offers we’ve received since 2021, I do not believe SA relationships matter or help in any way in getting your wishlist (for a B/K/C) fulfilled at CP.
That's the feeling I get as my original SA with whom I try to do my spend (who took my wishlist specs) is polite but always quite official and distant. Never brings up any "personal" topics to discuss that would help with connection. Is it okay to ask my SA if there's been any progress/updates on my wishlist bag? As it's been quite a while (my second wishlist at CP) and no results.

How long did you have to wait for Constance bag? And were you informed about it via email or a text message from your SA? Thank you!

It’s OK to ask your SA about the wishlist’s progress but most likely they’ll say: it’s still pending, if it is fulfilled you’ll get an email, it’s all random and decided by the system, etc. Like I said before, SAs (at least at CP) don’t seem to have any say when it comes to the wishlist getting fulfilled or not.

The offer emails used to come from the SM with the SA who created the wishlist in Cc (just so you could arrange an appointment with the SA to pick up the bag), but now the email comes from Customer Service and no SA is Cc’d, so I’m not even sure if and how the SM is involved in the process or if decisions are made higher up.

Can those who have got their wishes fulfilled at the other stores recently (NBS, Harrods, Selfridges, RE) chime in on how the offers were communicated? For CP now it’s an email from Customer Service, curious how the other stores work!

That's so interesting! Because I don't think other H stores in London operate that way? It feels SA involvement is more obvious in the decision who gets the bag there.

Does it mean I don't have to worry which SA I shop with at CP as long as all purchases are made at CP?

Tbf I’ve even shopped in NBS and the SA said it doesn’t even matter where you shop as long as it’s in London it’s all linked and the store with your wishlist will be the one to fulfil it. But I do think it’s best to do most of your shopping in one place.

SA relationships are great when you want help sourcing non QB items i.e, rtw jewellery etc or the opportunity for a special order which is actually based on the discretion of the SA who builds a case to the SM in your favour.

It was about 8 months, I think. as @_gelato_ said, I was informed by email from customer service, I was invited to call the store to make an appointment to view and purchase - I think they said they'd hold it for a week, if I remember rightly. There was a queue outside when I arrived which I was allowed to skip because I had an appt. The same SA with whom I made my wish presented the ba which, judging by his comments, seemed to be a coincidence.

When I was there last week to buy a bracelet I asked about my wishlist, but just to confirm which colours I'd requested - I knew I'd asked for gold and neutrals but couldn't remember the third one!

I for one have a different view on the whole SA/quota bag situation.
I also shop at CP, I have been offered two quota bags so far. In both occasions, it was my SA who texted me informing about the QB availability.
The SM allocates the bags (not Paris or a some random system as I once read here in this forum ), but if your SA vouches for you, it will be easier and quicker.

One needs to be careful with generalizations. My advice would be to try for yourself, take with a pinch of salt someone’s else’s experience. Every Hermès journey is different

Not super recent (June 2022) but my SA WhatsApp’d my husband to bring me in on my birthday. I had my B30 Black w/GHW wish fulfilled.

Agree on the above though - apparently my SA had to fight my case as the SM apparently didn’t want him to offer me my bag - she wanted him to offer me another colour. But he knew I wouldn’t accept it because I’ve turned down a couple B’s already because of the colour.

Same same:biggrin:

SA texted me when my wish was fulfilled. She also had to negotiate with the SM. My SA knew I would not accept the specs of the bag the SM had in mind for me.
Hence why I must reiterate how paramount the relationship between client and SA is (FSH being the exception).

Hi all! ❤️

I have a H conundrum and not many people understand so I'm hoping you ladies can help me
SO - I randomly shopped at Harrods in November and bought a bag (mini Evelyne) and a cashmere scarf. The SA was sooo nice and asked me if I wanted to make a wish (obviously yes) and gave me her email for the future. She was off work in December when I was frantically shopping so I ended up buying a mini 24/24 for my mum and some accessories from CP. At CP I also really clicked with my SA and ended up getting the 24/24 with his help. Honestly spent about 2 weeks trawling to every store every morning to get my hands on it!
Anyway, he also gave me his number so I texted him about buying a baby blanket but no answer. I bought the baby blanket at CP anyway and asked them about moving my Wish List to their store. They didn't really give any specific answer so my question to you lovely ladies is this - should I cancel my wishlist at Harrods and move it to CP since I shop there more? I don't have a specific SA at CP and they seem to give me someone different every time. I have some shoe and homeware purchases planned over the next month so I want to make sure I'm spending somewhere where it's noticed...!

Any thoughts soo appreciated. People think I am crazy when I worry about this hahaha

Thanks!! XX
