Yes I went about 2 weeks ago on a weekday late afternoon. The wait to see someone on the ground floor was 2.5 hours. I didn’t bother waiting. Probably best to go in when they open.Has anyone been to the Harrods store recently? Is there a (long) queue to get in H?

Last year when they operated the queue where you had to stand in line and wait instead of registering and then browsing and getting notified when it’s your turn, the person manning the queue could at least check on their iPad whether what people were after were in stock (non-BKCs), or tell people about the wishlist system for BKCs. If they still do this now people shouldn’t have to waste time queueing/waiting for something not availableAll that waiting, to be told no B/K/C!![]()
