Yes I went about 2 weeks ago on a weekday late afternoon. The wait to see someone on the ground floor was 2.5 hours. I didn’t bother waiting. Probably best to go in when they open.

All that waiting, to be told no B/K/C! :cray:
Last year when they operated the queue where you had to stand in line and wait instead of registering and then browsing and getting notified when it’s your turn, the person manning the queue could at least check on their iPad whether what people were after were in stock (non-BKCs), or tell people about the wishlist system for BKCs. If they still do this now people shouldn’t have to waste time queueing/waiting for something not available

they use hosts they dont have access to the system but yes they should be able to check stock on the system even if its not guaranteed to be able for purchase

Yes the host was able to tell me that the cap I was looking for was not in stock so I didn’t have to wait. Seems ridiculous to have to wait that long for non leather good items. I must say though out of all the stores that Harrods seems to be the most touristy. I would definitely try a weekday morning if you really need assistance there.
