Can my SA in Paris see my profile in London? I’m thinking to start a profile in London. My apologies if this question has been answered.

My paris SA said no. An SA I met in Cadogan Place said no. My local NY SA said no. (As of February 2022) However, they all said it’s a matter of time Bf everything is linked. (Not sure what the issue is bc Dior, brunello, possibly chanel and other houses have no problem with seeing profiles). I think it’s possible that an H staff member may be trained to say this to a new customer who they suspect might flip bags; who is buying at a rapid pace; or who they wish to cultivate in one location; IDK.

Other members who are far more experienced with multiple profiles have posted that yes, international profiles can be seen, but perhaps not at the individual SA level. Others have posted that they have been told only QB can be or is seen.

Can someone confirm if all H stores in London carry St Louis tableware?

Bst bet upstairs at Harrods in homeware.

I haven't been to Harrods homeware for a while, but they used to sell things no one else did/does like the Gold H Mosaic when only yer silver was available elsewhere, and can order-in almost any H homeware.

Disclaimer, I was up there a L O N G time ago (asking about rare Cheval Orient pieces) so may not be the same anymore.

There is definitely a Saint Louis section at Harrod's home level. I just went to look a couple of months back.
Ooh okay! I’ll have a look next time I’m in town. I wonder if NBS or CDS also carry St Louis? Because I like their glassware and I completely forgot to ask my SA when I was in London on Tuesday. I swear I have a few questions and I immediately blank as soon as I get there because there’s too much going on hahaha I need to start noting them down lol

NBS n Cadogan Sq I believe does but stock will prolly arrive faster from Harrods. I get my Hermes porcelain from other H stores (in other countries) who seem to have more stock.

Does anyone know why queues have reappeared. When I went a month ago to bond st you could just walk in and someone would help… are there queues in bond st as well as Harrods?

I think it's quite hit and miss for all the higher end designer concessions at Harrods.

On the launch day of the Chanel Metiers d'Art concession (13th June, I think), because people couldn't be bothered to queue for 3+ hours for Chanel, I think many were opting for LV and H instead, so both were super busy.
Then I went in the next day, and no queues at H at all. Same time of day etc.

I had to queue for H in NBS in late May, I think it was, and there were other clients around me complaining that it wasn't like this previously. Maybe it's because everyone is feeling safer to travel / shop now.

*Help* I live in Asia, and I will to traveling to London for the first time and visiting H stores there. Do you need to book in advance for leather department to buy a bag (both quota and non-quota)?? Any tips on how to shop?

have fun in London! Bond street store can be a loooong wait so best to go there when they’re open. Selfridges store is quite small and I heard they don’t sell bags to tourist unless you buy other things (jewelry & watches. there’s no ready-to-wear at this location).

Harrod’s & H Cadogan Place are approx 5min walk. Harrod’s can be very busy in the afternoon, best to get there first thing in the morning (weekdays). Weekend is like a zoo there!

try booking an appointment at Paris store (especially FSH flagship store if you have time - it’s only 2 hours by train

good luck!
