I’m on my second round of wishlist for a specific B - black with gold or rose gold hardware, 25 or 30.
No luck yet :(
My SA says he’s hopeful it will come within 2022 but I feel very despondent.
I can’t even get the sandals I want in my size. Not even a Herbag in sight.
UGH.

Yes I’ve found it very difficult to find orans in my size, even mens t shirts is difficult!

I’m looking for the Santorini sandal in black or tan or white in a 36 and it’s impossible. Not even restocked!
Chypre in black too - my SA said he received stock last week but not in my size either.

I wanted something for my birthday tomorrow and literally can’t find ANYTHING from H that is worthy of a birthday gift.

Yes I have a photo album for all H items I like, I literally go through half of it with my SA and 9 times out of 10 they don’t have. Hopefully stock will improve. I am also looking for a nice orange chypre sandal but very difficult and they can’t hold these items (from what I’ve been told) :sad:

My SA says he can hold for as much time as it takes me to get to store but he also knows I’m hardly ever more than 30mins away!
They had coral orange Chypre on the website in all sizes last Tuesday I think but when I checked the next day, all gone!

Yes, I’m 1hr away from London so it doesn’t work in my favour!! When I’m desperate I’ll shop from H.com but atm I’m really trying to hold myself back and wait till I’m in store so I can build a good spend history. An SA from another store says our purchases count in all London stores and isn’t dependent on building with a particular SA. I suggest going to some others if you are having trouble with stock I’m going to start doing that

Honestly, I kind of like building a relationship with one SA. I find that Bond St are swamped with clients who obviously spend far far more than me in all departments that my purchases mean nothing to them. At least with my SA, he does understand that I love what I love from H but won’t buy stuff for the sake of it.
I’m also trying to control myself to important purchases because I’m getting married in Sept and I should be saving my money for that!

When I made my wish my mum was chatting to another customer who was visiting and one boutique told her to spend £XX,XXX in a particular department and she would be offered a normal leather + ostrich leather bag. She didn’t do it and said it’s easier in her home store.
