Should I buy clothes and tableware than leather products, so my SA will be more satisfied? So I will have a bigger chance of getting a Birkin. My budget for monthly purchases is GBP 2.5k to 3k.
I really suggest you buy the things you like and not items you think might satisfy your SA. There is a risk you end up disappointed.

no …. Buy what you truly like otherwise you will end up with stuff you never use and a waste of hard earned cash.

I would also recommend being patient. It takes people many years to start a relationship.

We are also in a different era with Hermes and post covid. Bags are not as readily available as they were 2 years ago.

Buy what you love otherwise Your shopping sounds pretty joyless.
If all you want is a Birkin you may as well just buy preloved first because you may spend 30k and still not get offered the exact specs you want.
My advice would be..buy the bag of dreams pre loved from a reputable source in your dream specification.

May I ask, for browsing and eye candy, which boutique is the best stocked? (I’m not looking to buy, and I’m in a hotel five minutes walking from NBS, but the windows looked kind of sparse. Thanks in advance!

Thank you @De sac ! I’m embarrassed to say, Ivenalways found Selfridges intimidating in its wide selection of brands, but I’ll go in to look. DH is actually more fond of looking and browsing than I am lol.

I'd actually head across the park (Hyde Park) and go to Cadogan, it's much more relaxing to browse by yourselves. There is also a whole room devoted to RTW upstairs. They do favour regs and locals, but if you're just looking to browse.... Not nearly as busy as the other 3 near you.

Happy to help! Yes, in light of that and echoing @papertiger, then Harrod's might be overwhelming - maybe even the definition of, by design :) (but there is an entry just by the H ground floor, and both RTW and home are relatively close to the escalators if you dare).

Welcome to London! and I'm sorry about the rubbish weather!
For Eye candy I'd probably go to Harrods (only because they have a RTW dept and Home items-I find the store very confusing and claustrophobic) and Cadogan.
Bond st will definitely have more eye candy and stock than Selfridges but the staff in Selfridges are way friendlier.
Hope this helps!

Thank you @De sac
, @papertiger , and @maxroxxherhandbags ! :hugs: The weather is better and warmer than NY, so I’m not complaining
we already want to come back to London to see if we can get tickets to Van Gogh. I will try to get to Cadogan tomorrow. since we’re around the corner from NBS, we popped in. NBS has a lot of new RTW collection and some different home furnishings and home ware (buy seems a bit more colorful than NY, but I haven’t been back home to see new collection yet. DH got a sweater from fall winter that was sold out in his size in the us. Hugs

I knew you would like NBS’ RTW

Selfridges is my preferred store. The staff are super lovely and I find that they are always happy to order in or transfer the items I am interested in if not readily available in store. Genuinely enjoy shopping there and always feel welcome. In terms of quota bags availability, I got a Kelly from there last year around 6 months after putting down my wish. HTH! :flowers:
Hi @Ania, may i ask is it true Selfridges store doesn’t provide the Hermes printed receipt ? They provide only the Selfridges store receipt.
