Hi everyone,
I have some good news to share, finally!
I got the call to go and see my wish bag, like in the old times!
This time there was no e-mail and no direct participation from the SM.
My wish was very simple, one option of size, hardware and model only, in the most recent colour launched: Rouge Sellier.

That's wonderful news, congratulations!
May I ask how long did you wait for your wish? :)

Hi all, does anyone know when the Hermes UK website is updated? I have been trying on and off for 3 years to get a Rodeo PM and it is proving impossible online and in boutique. In comparison getting a Kelly was a piece of cake!!!. I really want one as a present for someone but it's driving me up the wall. It's got to the point where its now a personal challenge/ pilgrimage that I want to acheive just to spite the system lol.

Hi everyone,
I was in Hermes Harrods today. I was there very early when it opened. As I was walking around the ground floor, it was super quiet and I overheard a conversation with a customer and sales associate. Offering a red K28. The customer was on phone to someone relaying the information and basically said no. So bags are available for the lucky few ! I was crying Inside as this is what I would love to purchase!

Going back into NBS this weekend having made an appointment.

Does anyone have any advice as to how to bring up the topic of communication? It’s will be 2 weeks since my last visit and purchase and my SA doesn’t seem to respond to emails - which is fine if she’d prefer to just speak to me when I come into store and if they are super busy - but I would like to set expectations and try to figure out a method of communication that works for her and me. If it’s not email, then fine but I’d prefer to just know....
“Oh, and I had a few other small items on my list that I’m interested in purchasing over the next couple of months. Would it be easiest if I just email them to you or...?”

My store is Selfridges and to be honest, I can’t recall the exact month I put on this wish, but I think it was in June, so 4 months waiting. I do really love Selfridges, although they are struggling with stock these days. My SA called me directly, no SM involvement this time.
I hope you all can get what you’ve wished for by Christmas!:flowers:

I agree That Selfridges have the nicest staff but I do I find they have very low inventory-I've waited on calya clogs in black from there for months and months and still no sign-I didn't ask ask for a transfer because I'm not sure about fit or if I'll definitely buy them so I'm living in hope they will appear in store to help me decide.
Same with Calvi-no interesting colours so I gave up and brought online.
But I stick with the store because the team are so lovely!

Omg! I’ve seen online that they had Calya in Black and they have reserved one for me last week. They might still have it! Send them a message!

Selfridges is my store of choice as well :smile: The team are super nice and I feel that they genuinely really really want to help. I have been quite lucky in that they’ve generally been able to locate most of the items I’ve asked for… Fingers crossed your Caylas will materialise soon!

I spoke to an SA at Harrods and he said the wishlist is actually run by Paris, meaning the decisions to offer bags/grant wishes are made by them instead of the store’s SM, much less the SAs. The SMs and SAs are only told about Paris’ decisions and then reach out to concerned clients. Now this could just apply at Harrods, or could turn out to not be true at all, who knows? But if it is true, well, then the role of the whole ‘relationship building’/loyalty to 1 SA or 1 store is probably not as big as we think it is.

Wow, they are getting more and more creative with their fairytale stories. It’s kind of insulting that the SA would think anyone would actually believe this. I guess they are bored with the direct answer of “no bags for you today, sorry” :lol:

ETA - unless maybe the SM at that store happens to have the first name “Paris” :lol:
