No true at all....Hi!
I’m on a waitlist for a B.
Is it true that they have an unofficial system where you need to spend at least £10.000 on other products to be offered a bag?

I’m with you; getting a full set of tableware is like a treasure hunt and no less difficult than getting a quota bag! The stuff on display sometimes also doesn’t reflect what is actually in stock and is ‘display only’ so it feels exactly the same as the Bs & Ks on the shelves@MonAmie p.s I hope that the fact I am now more concerned / stressed about getting a full H tableware set than I am a bag tells you a lot about how in love I’ve fallen with the brand generally![]()

There’s already a conflict of interest there…Thank you. I got told this by a store in London selling both new and vintage Hermès.

Where do you think they want you to buy from?

It doesn’t matter who amends the wishlis, the original SA who created it is always named there (and will be cc’d in the email when the SM contacts you with a bag offer). Re. whether the SA can actually ‘work on getting the bag for you’ I’m not sure as from what I’ve seen the SM decides which client to allocate which bag to and when, and the SA is not involved at all (rather than SA proposing & SM approving like in other countries).Question - I was looking for my SA to update my wish list the other day in London, but he was on holiday so another gentleman asked me if anything he could help me with. I told him I was coming to update my list. And he said he could help me and pulled out his phone and did it for me. I assume this doesn’t matter who put down my list this time and my usual SA would still work on the bag for me? FYI - I only bought from my usual SA and I’m also aware that it will be the SM who need to approve at the end of the day. Thanks.
I probably didn’t explain it clearly. My usual SA got me the bags for me previously, but now I created a new wish list with someone I never dealt with before. So you mean it will still be the SA who created my account a few years ago that will be Cced in the email from the SM? I assume things have changed during lockdown, because i never received email from Store manager in the past, it was my SA who emailed me and said he had something for me.It doesn’t matter who amends the wishlis, the original SA who created it is always named there (and will be cc’d in the email when the SM contacts you with a bag offer).
