Very strange process, I was told SAs get to choose which clients go on the list but they're not the ones actually sending the invites...
I've given up hearing from them - if they are this disorganised now just imagine what the sale will be like!
Also nothing from my end, as a recently new Hermes customer I'm not too surprised that I wasn't first priority haha, but a bit annoying nevertheless.

My SA told me this was outsourced to an external company and not managed by Hermes. She’s got lot of complaints from long term clients but couldn’t do anything about it.

Honestly really annoying and very disrespectful to tell clients to save the date then mess around like this.
The way I see it is there wasn’t anything in particular I wanted anyway, and I’d much rather go full price on something I want in the future than buy something I never wanted on sale.
