Have you ever been offered a BKC at Harrods? Harrods is where I do most of my shopping but I never purchase from H there are so many people on this forum say that it is super competitive because of the Rewards system. I am on the hunt for a decent boutique as I fear that five months of shopping with Cadogan has almost scarred me for life!

No I haven’t yet… I only moved back from Singapore in summer of 2019
then we had a lockdown and the pandemic…
My first wish was summer last year before all hell broke loose again and I’ve only started shopping with my current SA Xmas last year
@Billionaireswife I second what @azukitea said. We are going through unprecedented times of low stock ( and most Hermes items are made in limited quantities-it’s not just Kelly’s & birkins) let us know how it goes!

I think if you are patient, they will offer you something. I just got offered (wish expiring this month) and it came directly from the store manager via email. Don’t think the SAs in london can make direct offers for quota bags
I second this. Caodgan/ Sloane Street is my favourite store in London. It has virtually no tourist shoppers and caters to the local clientele. The people there are also far better than at Bond Street etc. imo.Cadogan isn’t bad, any reason you don’t like the boutique?

Personally I think the Selfridges concession has the warmest and friendliest staff.

It is indeed frustrating when the SA is unresponsive in emails but if it’s true that the SM chooses which client to allocate a bag to/which wish to fulfill (so the SA who created the wish for the client is actually not involved in the process), I guess it doesn’t matter who you shop with? As in if your SA is ghosting you you can go to the store and shop with whoever is available instead?
I totally agree with this-They are lovely not stuck up really helpful and friendly.
The only downside is that they dont have the biggest inventory
