Hermes boutiques in London

Cadogan Place currently has calligraphy and flower arranging workshops if anyone wants to swing by and have a go (though not sure how these relate to H!) Also overheard that they ‘currently have no mini bags at all’
Yes, I was told no mini bags by an SA in Sloane St. She hadn’t seen a Lindy mini since lockdown. Btw, Hermes UK currently has a shed load of mini bags on it but none seem to be accessible. Whether they have all been taken in a heartbeat by the bots or whether they haven’t been released yet i don’t know. Good luck

I did post this query on another thread but was directed here. I wondered if anyone knew how to in effect cancel a wish list with a boutique in order to make a new one with another boutique? For back story I’ve found that my SA has recently become very unresponsive when I request items such as shoes, blankets, etc… Anyway it’s pretty clear that if he does not respond to requests for these items- there is very little chance he will fulfil my wish list! And certainly don’t want to waste time shopping with him.

Which is your boutique now? I would simply go to my preferred boutique and put in a request. They can deal with moving your wishlist.

My boutique currently is Cadogan Square- thank you so much for you advice I think I will do that this week. Honestly shopping at Cadogan has been hard work- it’s become a part-time job! I’m beginning to think that ‘shopping at H’ and ‘good customer service’ are mutually exclusive concepts- excuse my rant!

I did this before. But before you do this , I suggest you check when is your wishlist expired. If just a few months time, u wait until it expired, in case they are going to offer u a bag :) If your wishlist is just placed 1-2 months and you are not happy with the current store, you just go to the store that you prefer and make a new wishlis. That time I told my new SA that this store is more convenient for me. I hope my suggestion could help you .

Thank you- this is very useful info. My wish list expires in around 12 weeks, so I might just as well let it run it’s course.
