You will find "good" and "bad" SAs in every store, in every country, etc.... Everyone has different experiences, you should try for yourself.
This is a very busy time for SAs. I had to wait one week to get an appointment with mine for instance.
Cut them some slack I would say. :smile:

It is difficult at the moment not being able just to roll up and drop in, I know.
Nonetheless don't read too much on social media and get a complex about having to behave differently at Hermes.
A lot of the difficulties you read about are from people who cause them by their demeanour or attitude.

Thanks for the tip! I think because of the field I work in I tend to analyse everything. And I think you are right I have read so much on this house and the varying experiences that everyone reports on- that I think I have confused myself!

Hi just wondering if anything knows what is happening at the royal exchange store. I went today but it was closed...my SA only emailed me last week to tell me she had something put aside for me.

The wish lasts for 6 months.
My friend got their bag after about 2 months I waited longer (about 5 months)
another friend placed their wish In early December and is an established Hermes Client with 3 Birkins brought in the boutiques over a period of a few years so to be honest with you its not worth feeling sad over when it is only June 7th.
If 6 months passes with no offer just re-make your wish

I made my wish in December and still nothing. I was feeling a little disappointed about it a few months back, but I’ve now realised there is so much more to the house than BKC and I am loving now shopping and exploring all of the beautiful items that H has to offer without any pressure!

I’m fully expecting to have to remake my wish when it expires but I’m actually a little pleased about it because having explored the different leathers and colours more with other items (and seeing different colours on TPF) I think I would prefer different colours for my first B than the ones I selected for my wish. So every cloud!

When it happens it happens... and I’ll probably have enough Oran sandals to match any colour that may be offered by that point hahaha the addiction is real!!!

I hope you get your K soon! In the meantime enjoy everything else H has to offer. I certainly am! X

The fact they were closed on Friday 4th and quoting 'exceptional circumstances ' are looking to open 10days later makes me think that someone working there tested positive for covid so the whole team has to isolate for 10days.
Its surprising that they cant send staff from other stores to cover as a temporary measure however...
