Thanks so much - that's super helpful to know!walk in is fine, but they do have limits of how many people can be in at one time, so you may have to wait outside if the store gets overcrowwded

…if you can, get there early morning before the q. They will usually ask you at the door what it is you are looking for. And of course do update us here how it went! Thanks so much - that's super helpful to know!

Hello - just wanted to update on my wish that I placed in April. I was offered my wish today, will go and see it on Saturday to be sure but will most likely buy. It is a B35 Blue Nuit GHW in Togo.
I'm so pleased for you! That is such a fabulous bag offer, you're incredibly lucky! And it's also good to hear that offers are coming through quite quickly in London
Did you follow-up with you SA since you created your wishlist or just wait for it to happen?
Have fun on Saturday xx
Hi ladies, is it easy to score a Lindy 24/26 in the London Bond Street store? I don’t live anywhere close to the stores and I’m planning a trip to London next month. I missed 5-6 restock online already and it’s really depressingseeing the bag u want and go in seconds. It would be lovely if I could score one in my trip.
Quite honestly, I put the wish in and expected it to disappear into the Hermes ether. With talks of low stock and a long wish list for London stores I let it be and assumed I would need to renew it once the 8 months went by. The email was a nice surprise especially as I was not expecting it!
That’s amazing congratulations! Do you mind me asking if you had a purchase history or had built on since April?

I would normally send an email to her Hermes email address and ask for her availability to book an appointment directly with her. Alternatively, in the UK you can call the customer support number from the website and try to arrange an appointment through them. They have full access to the individual stores' calendars however, some stores do not update the calendars on time and you may have issues booking an appointment this way.May I ask whether you buy things from the same SA? Without booking i find it hard to be sure my SA is available at the time I go to the store.
I was told it’s best to buy from the same SA so would be great to know how to manage that if walk in. Do you wait until she’s available? Or simply shop with another SA?
I usually text my SA to ask if he’s working on a particular day and tell him I’m planning on walking in (Selfridges H). If he is serving someone else, I just wait but specifically for him and if there are people in front of me, he usually just says I already have an appointment and he serves me next. He’s chill though, he doesn’t mind if I purchase with another SA, it’s not individual commission based so it’s not like I’m taking anything away from him. But I LIKE purchasing from him because he knows me and what I want and like and he’ll reign me in if I’m going a bit crazy!May I ask whether you buy things from the same SA?
