Mine was only early December! But it is the second wish I submitted one in 2018 too there which didn’t materialise.
I am really regretting not doing it at NBS as they seemed much more attentive and a few people have said NBS is better. Guess we have quite a wait now too before we can go to store
December 2020 or 2019?

If I'm looking for items that the website says are available at 1 London boutique, but my SA at another London boutique is unable to transfer them to my 'home boutique', what is the etiquette for buying the items at the other store? As in, I don't want to offend my SA or be seen as 'gaming the system' by shopping at multiple stores (which I believe is frowned upon and may impact any offers of quota bags), but I genuinely want to get the items and also try to buy through my SA but apparently transfers from 1 boutique to another are not easy.

Appreciate any advice! :flowers:

buy from the boutique where it's available. You've done what you can, your SA will understand, and my understanding is that in London (maybe Europe overall), SAs don't earn individual commissions

is anyone else here desperate for everything to re open again? London is going through a very tough phase, especially retail.

I agree. I think hospitality is the worst affected. These closures will really render many small businesses bankrupt. Its awful.

On another note - I wonder whether H's supply chains are affected. My SA from NBS hasnt sent me the message about virtual appointments like they did in the second lock down. So I'm wondering if that is happening, or they're just gonna close for a bit as retail for Jan is pretty dead anyway.

The H website is actually pretty empty as well. I'm wondering what is happening on that front as well.

Not sure about NBS but Harrods and Cadogan Place are doing remote shopping, although they only come in the stores one/two days a week (at least that's what I was told). Per Prof Whitty and co we might still be in this lockdown (or even with more restrictions) until Easter so I'm not holding out much hope that the stores will re-open in February or even March

The UK site sometimes has some gems popping up (saw a few Rodeos and mini Lindys in various colours) but they are gone within seconds! But I agree that other times the site is eerily empty, though it's also fun stalking it for hidden gems :graucho:

So I'm looking for a particular scarf (Promenades de Paris 70cm), and it's sold out online. I called customer service and they said they could see availability in certain colours at Harrods and Cadogan Place, but when I checked with my SAs at these stores they both said they didn't have any in stock. Has anyone experienced something like this before? :confused1:
