Ooh how exciting! Do you think they are available for purchase right away or are they kept for their VIP clients?

I was in london for 10 days, tried everyday but nothing even with alot of purchases made, I actually found one online from the uk store and could send it to either my hotel or the store for collection but I hated the colour.

May I ask if you also asked for other popular bags, or you told them you only wanted a mini Lindy? And did you have an account/purchasing history with Hermes London before?

Yes I do have an account, i actually bought this time: perfumes, sneakers, a tshirt, 3 necklaces from the fashion jewellery and a calvi wallet. I have only asked for a mini verrou for my sister and the lindy, i was offered a mini verrou in lizard but declined as my sister is too young for an exotic leather hermes bag.

Thanks for the advice! I just checked out sloane street store, they have mini Kelly and Kelly Danse on display. Didn't score the bag I want, but I managed to get a rodeo!

Just come back from Selfridges Hermes - I picked up an all black Herbag 31. Been looking for this colourway for a couple of months. I’d say my luck has always been better in Selfridges and I have a great SA there.

They checked my profile when I asked for the specific bag - I have two profiles, an online one and one in Bond St. But find that even with an online profile that Selfridges are more open to offering me things. I was recently offered a Birkin 30 but it was in a blue/purple colour which just does not work for me. I am regular and buy a lot of bangles and twillys mostly.

Whereas Bond St have only ever offered me a Birkin once but again it was blue and I just can’t wear blue. I even know one of the managers there and it gets me nowhere lol

Selfridges was pretty quiet today at 3pm and I didn’t have to wait for an SA like usual.

Look up the currencies exchanges between $ and pounds, then euros ( prob closer to the trip, as prices may fluctuate impressively now)

Your receipt should have your client name and client number listed, I believe.

Now it’s the Sellier version (more structured) and the zip is just on the inside instead of the outside.

I’ve been looking for a black Herbag for quite some time too. My relationship with Selfridges Hermes is pretty decent - I have an SA who is most helpful but they all seem to recognise me and help me. I’ve been offered Bs in Selfridges (when I’ve heard them say they don’t have any in store to other clients) but they haven’t been colours I’ve liked.

Did you happen to find out if they have any more Herbags in stock at Selfridges? In different colours?

The SA who served me today let slip into that they have another Evelyn 33 in stock in the colour grey. If that helps anyone.

I didn’t I’m afraid - apparently it was the only all black. Selfridges tend to have decent stock of Herbags though. A few weeks ago I saw two friends pick up a Herbag each in different colours.

If you do go, ask for Ciro Esposito, he is my SA and he is so lovely.

Oh on Wednesday I also went to Bond Street and they had three Herbags on display. I don’t know if they were for sale or display only but they had a coated coral one, a yellow canvas and a putty canvas one.

There is one in Warsaw/Poland - well there was a week ago.
