RE is a much smaller store than NBS, it hasn't as much space to sell, the stock items are generally not as high end e.g. high jewellery and hence they have a much smaller buying budget. This is generally how Hermes works. I am just stating this as fact and I know they are very friendly and extremely kind. I think they are comparable to a smaller regional store in Europe. I know they get bags, generally chosen to suit the City clientele, but definitely not as wide a choice as NBS which is the London flagship and which I think deserves to be made a Maison. Your SA is just being very honest with you. The SMs know each other and they realise there are limitations to what they can offer to RE customers. I shall leave this info with you to decide what steps would suit you best.

Hi! Did you have a good experience at NBA? I’ve moved to london now and wanted to start to build a connection with an SA, do you suggest I do it at the bond street or the Sloan street store? Also do you know who the manager of the bond street store is? Any help on anything about hermès in london will be great!

I don't think you need to worry about the manager. Having a good relationship with a kind SA is all you need. All the stores have great SAs and I hope you find one soon.

Hi can i check if i ordered through the UK website is it considered as building profile at the store ( if collection is done at nbs store ) ? Hoping some one can guide me. Or i just need to buy everything from the SA directly then considered.

I understand from tpf that if you order from the website AT the store (i.e. The store online orders for you) then yes it counts to that store's sales. Anything else, no.
H online is a separate affiliate.

So buying from the SA is best to build profile.

Hello ladies and gents, I was wondering if any of you can help me? I’m after a Kelly Danse and am told by multiple people that it is not a Quota bag. I am based in Jersey Channel Islands and do a lot of shopping via the online store and over the phone. I’m wondering if I’m able to make a request of purchase over the phone like I would with any other non quota bag? I hope this makes sense and all help/advise is greatly appreciated. X

In my experience, they don't do purchases over the phone...
