Hello! We're visiting Eastern France for 10 days and would love input on these Hermès stores: Strasbourg, Lyon, Dijon, Megève. Which one has the best inventory? Which one has the nicest SAs? 😂 TIA!!

From what I experienced in Lyon and Strasbourg, you do not need an appointment but if you are looking to buy bags, they use the wishlist system: for all styles in Strasbourg and for QB in Lyon. Otherwise both are small compared to Paris boutiques but they have nice SAs and are located in beautiful areas. Enjoy your stay!Hello! Do we need an appointment to visit these non-Paris stores? TIA!!
thank you! How does the wishlist work? Does this mean I would be able to ask for a non-QB in Lyon? 😅From what I experienced in Lyon and Strasbourg, you do not need an appointment but if you are looking to buy bags, they use the wishlist system: for all styles in Strasbourg and for QB in Lyon. I was in Lyon a couple years ago and was offered non QB bag- Pico 22.thank you! How does the wishlist work? Does this mean I would be able to ask for a non-QB in Lyon? 😅
I was in Lyon during Christmas time and visited the boutique. I met a nice SA and asked about a K28. She told me that they are using a wishlist system. She then took her iPhone and completed a form with the specs I wanted. I was only allowed to choose one size, one type of leather, one color… and I would get the reply in 3 to 4 months. Because I was living abroad at that time it is no surprise that I did not get anything. Luckily my SA in Paris is a magician and I got the bag the next year from him.thank you! I was in Dijon and Lyon in 2022. Dijon store is really small but I did get some homeware that I had been unable to get in Canada during the Covid low stock era. SA was really nice, she told me they only get bags in once a week. And they only had a few non-QB bags on display the day I was there. They do close for lunch - which I thought was kind of cool. I think it was for two hours.thank you! How does the wishlist work? Does this mean I would be able to ask for a non-QB in Lyon? 😅
Now that is civilised!I was in Dijon They do close for lunch - which I thought was kind of cool. I think it was for two hours.
Does anyone have history with the Hermes store in Deauville? Will be there in July and wondering if they take leather lottedy appointments? Would like to try my chances there before we’re in Paris. Would love another box leather Hermes bag. My black box Constance is one of of my favorite bags
Aix is uber-small and the SAs are not enthused with tourists. I asked for a watchband and was told to get it at my homestore, they only sell bands with the watch. I asked for a homegood item and he told me they don't have it, even though it was sitting on a shelf behind him (could have been display item only, but he could have shown me alternatives). I also have to say that there were maybe 3 customers in the store and it seemed terribly croweded, trying to get out of the store was an obstacle course.Has anyone gone to heed aix en provence or Hermes marseille and have any info stock or QB as a walk in? Thanks
