Hello everyone - I have a question about vintage exotic Kellys - the few I've seen on the internet have different blind stamps - one had a "21" and one had "00" or "OO" - are these authentic bags and stamps, or is this a sign they are fake? One was felt to be authentic by Mistikat, but a pic of the blind stamp isn't available (I asked, and the seller told me "OO"). These bags were both croc - and both 40-50 years old (supposedly). I just didn't know whether the older exotics had a different stamp system. Thanks!!

Hello everyone, i am new to this forum and I have some questions about Birkin.. hope sb would be so kind to give me the info :)
1. I ve read from a post in this forum, saying that hermes is not producing any ebene togo birkin anymore, is that true?
2. is it more expensive to get birkin in some colors, like pink or orange?
Many thanks!!

I am in search of my first Birkin and have been trying to educate myself online. Is it true that when a birkin is "slouchy", it is not authentic? I guess the 4 feet are supposed to make them stand on its own. BUt is it normal for a bag that is about 6-7 years old to still stand on its 4 feet but the leather slouches?

No, this is not true. There are several slouchy Hermes leathers.

Price depends on the skin and size of the bag, not colour.

like mistikat stated before, hermes leathers are vary, some are firmer than the other, smoother than the other...depend on which one is yours, it may look "slouchy".

Read through a post saying that there's a company which produce "semi birkin" which the leather are using Hermes leather and replicate exactly the same as authentic birkin.
By any chance would the craft lady wouldn't even see through the flaws?
Also, anyone lovers here encountered the unclear year stamp and craftsman ID on their Epsom birkin?

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum and I am unsure if this is the right place to post this message so I apologise if this is the wrong thread. I have been looking to purchase a Birkin lately and have come accross a lovely SA in London (where I live). Although she is very nice, I was told the waiting list is currently closed but she can give me a call whenever they get a cancellation. Will she do this or is she refusing me nicely? I have made several Hermes purchase already but no bags as my mum gave me one of her Kelly so I would love to have a Birkin. I know I can fly over to Paris and maybe get a better chance but I want to try in UK first. Advice is deperately needed here:sos:
