I don't believe the SO BLACK Box Kelly came in size 25cm.

I used my baking digital scale and weights are in grams for the most accuracy

25B epsom sellier, 605 grams
30B togo, 893 grams
30B barenia, 754 grams
30B swift, 869 grams
30B vache liegee, 916 grams
35B clemence 1220 grams

25K epsom sellier with shoulder strap, 584 grams
28K quadrille, 718 grams
28K box sellier, 765 grams
32K box sellier, 846 grams

BBK longue wallet that i use as a clutch is 482 grams
