I am just buying a birkin In that combo from Fashionphile and after purchasing I am seeing that this doesn’t exist.

It definitely came in Clemence, which can look very similar to Togo. Did you have the bag authenticated?

I did not. I got the bag today and it is more slouchy than I would like. I am going to return it. Luckily I live close by a brick and mortar store to just return it in person! Thanks!

Did you purchase yours from the boutique and have the original receipt says it's togo? Would be good to see as the general knowledge is that RC doesn't come in togo.

Noob question: does anyone know how do i find the exact leather type of my bag? i forgot what it is, it's not indicated on the receipt and i don't know how to figure it out. Asking my dear SA is an option, but wonder if there's any other way?

My Birkin 35 BF arrived today with no label on the outside of the orange box. Two weeks ago, my Birkin 35 Noir arrived (been an expensive month) and on the outside of the box there is an Hermes barcode tag with a description, item number, scan code. I called the store and they explained that all labels are removed from the orange boxes prior to being sent out. Did any of your Birkins that were purchased directly from H come with any labels on the orange box? This label could be important in the future when or if I should ever be asked to produce the original box if it is in fact missing its label. Thank you so much for your response.

My SA always removes the label from the box in-store when he presents the box/bag to me. I imagine if I don’t take it the label is replaced to assist with stock tracking in store, but I’ve always been presented with ‘clear’ boxes upon purchase and departure.

Yes, Retourne Epsom Kelly’s are produced. Regarding availability you would need to refer that to your SA.

Yes, Retourne Epsom Kelly’s are produced. Regarding availability you would need to refer that to your SA.

Canopee is not currently in production. Only a very few colors are made with the white contrast stitch (and normally when they are, it’s only with the white, like etoupe), so if you haven’t seen it with, its very unlikely you will find one.

Hi there. My K28 has got the engraving on its gold hardware as "-HERMES-PARIS-" and followed by the GHW square logo. Have they changed their engraving?
