Finally I found this thread again, I just wanna to say here: This Store im Vienna is the worst store ever!! Most unfriendly SAs ever!! I wish that one day Hermès will close or re-structure this store! It is just so frustrating! I am trying as less as possible to go there! Please do not go there! As of today if I want something I will order it online or just go to another countries!! Will never go back! NEVER!
What happened dear?
Angry!!!Long story short: I wanted a blanked scarf (a big one) and the first SA ( no smile, no feeling, no reaction) showed me a rectangular and I said I was a square one. And another one said: we don’t have. I saw one in two tones - like caramel and beige - asked if I can see. The SA said: this is not what you are looking for and too big for me. I had to insist showing me that scarf. She finally took it out.... and it was exactly what i was looking for. I asked if they have a new one and SA denied and said everything was sold out. And then another SA standing next to me said: we got only one. There was no description, nothing.... no conversation at all. At the cashier also no reaction. She just asked me how I wanna pay. And then I took my bag and left. The invoice was handwritten.

Yes I am sure you can lodge a feedback in h websiteI was thinking the same but I just loved that scarf so much!! I am usually a really patient person because I used to work in kind of custom service area and I was trained always to be nice/professional to our customers but these people just made me so angry!! And I was just wondering if there is a way to complain to the H headquarters or management!

I will tell you... if you'd really like to make a statement, you need to send a registered letter to H Headquarters. No email. This was so effective for a situation I was involved many years ago. IT WORKED! I'm with bagidiotic, I would not shop there but I do understand your point that you love the brand and wanted the scarf.
By the way, I love the scarf you bought! I know the one and have been eyeing it myself! xo
Yea this thread is old so you'd think they'd join the 21st century by now. How the heck do they keep track of their inventory, on chiseled stone tablets? =/ No wonder everyone is so grumpy there. They are in a time warp. It all seems way too shady for a billion dollar company. Franchise or not.... even Chik-Fil-A has cash registers.This is a franchise store.
