You were talking about your similar experiences at other stores, I believe, as well....
I was solely reacting to the posts (I also have not seen all the posts were you asked members to be BTT- as I am on my iphone Tpf app now and it is loading the data rather funny), in the end I asked everyone to be kindly back and sticking to the Vienna topic (please see the post). As far as I know Hermes Vienna is still run by the Jonak GmbH which also runs Dolce &Gabbana, Versace and Armani in Vienna.
In my experience customer service is horrible (I shared some experiences at the shopping section), but there are some SAs that are not as bad as the others. Generally they make you feel like something the cat dragged in, last time I bought something there I still got a handwritten receipt (despite the "Registrierkassenverordnung" that rules how receipts have to look like) that only said "1 scarf".
The Salzburg Boutique is run by Sebastian Rabl, treatment is better there.
By now most of my Hermes purchases were made online or during vacations.

Finally I found this thread again, I just wanna to say here: This Store im Vienna is the worst store ever!! Most unfriendly SAs ever!! I wish that one day Hermès will close or re-structure this store! It is just so frustrating! I am trying as less as possible to go there! Please do not go there! As of today if I want something I will order it online or just go to another countries!! Will never go back! NEVER!
