OMG thats so freaking beautiful!! Love the traps or the pave!! It's so amazing it really doesn't matter what you do, it's going to turn out so magnificent!! 
i really like the 5 stone design idea . has a very "art deco" feel to it (think gloria swansons rock crystal cartier bracelets)
other than that i am a huuuge fan of asshers set as solitaires only with pave on the ring (in a bombé style like leons picture on the first page of this thread) very pure "icecube" look

How is the setting coming, EricaD? That is such an incredible stone, and I can't wait to see how it turns out!
I actually like the 5 stones! My sister has 5 in her e-ring-- it's a radiant cut center stone w/ little baguettes on either side and then a little round diamond on either side of the baguettes, in an antique pave setting. It sounds odd, but it's really pretty and dainty IRL.

No ring yet! Still waiting to hear from Leon. I am hopeful it will be ready this week, which is 6 weeks from the time he got the ring (that's what my work order quoted) however it's possible that the 2 week closure set him back and maybe it's actually 8 weeks total, in which case, 2 more weeks to go. It's excruciating!
