Has anyone shopped on Jomashop?

I've never bought a watch online and am a little nervous. Jomashop has such great prices on Michele watches and I was thinking of getting one. Has anyone shopped there? Any customer service issues? Authentic watches? Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!!
My husband purchased a watch from there and had no issues. I can ask him more about it tonight. When I was looking for watches he suggested I check their site.
it is someone who is not authorized to sell the product from the manufacturer/dealer/distribution centre but acquires the product through resale or from other dealers who have bought the product from the manufacturer but went out of business or something and sold their merchandise to another store.

it's a huge issue in the watch industry and something I dealt with DAILY with clients when I worked in the watch industry.
So if you take the watch to an authorized dealer how do they know it is gray market?
I was considering getting DH a watch for his birthday, so when I saw this thread I toodled over to the Jomashop website and saw the watch I want to buy him for a lot less than the store. I am tempted, but I want him to be able to get the watch serviced or fixed if he breaks it.

they don't know where it was bought, but I guess you don't receive the warrantee cards? i'm not sure?
you can get a swiss made watch serviced at any watch shop that is swiss certified, it doesn't have to go back to the manufacturer's shop to be fixed. many people send it to a swiss certified watch shop for service because it's usually half the price or less!
but mind you many people also send it directly back to the manufacturer for service because its a peace of mind thing and if your watch needs parts then all the parts are original to the watch....
I think u can get the watched fixed by the manufacturer as long as its genuine, which as far as I know, the jomashop ones are, but u will have to pay for parts and labor, as there is no warranty period under which the watch would be covered anymore.
Jomashop issues its own warranty for watches that can range from 1 - 5 years though for some of the less expensive brands (like Invicta) you will get the original manufacturer warranty. There is a chart here: http://www.jomashop.com/watch-warranty.html where you can look up each manufacturer to see what the warranty period is.
I have bought one watch from them, a high end quartz watch. Since quartz watches don't hold their value as well as automatics, I wanted the best price I could find with a place that has been in business for a long time, so that if there was a problem then there would be a good chance they'd still be around. The watch I bought only has an original manufacturer warranty of 2 years anyway, so I'd be on my own for repairs after that in any case and Jomashop gave me their 2 year warranty for it. Personally, I've never had an issue with a quartz watch other than battery replacement so I thought it was a good risk.
The watch was shipped immediately, delivered faster than I thought, came with original box and papers and serial number. It was perfect, with all original plastic and seals on it. The only thing it didn't have was the original warranty card.
