Has anyone shopped on Jomashop?

They have no customer service and if you try to call the phone number you get voicemail and NO return call. After all the problems I had with them I return the watch to find out that they are charging me back for the "free" shipping.. They are scam company!!!

I think you were just unlucky, i bought a watch a month ago and i wrote to the CS, they sent my the shipping label within an hour!

I'm planning on buying bvlgari products from Jomashop because they are couple hundred dollar cheaper. Maybe close to 1000 with all the taxes.

I have bought bvlgari and some other brands from jomashop in past, and the packaging wasn't good. It was wrapped and all, but definitely not what I expect from boutique. However it could be because they are sunglasses.

My question is, when you buy jewelries, do they come the same as boutique with all the original stuff?

Or do they come in simplified version? Also I assume the serial number wont be registered if purchased from jomashop, how do I get services from the boutique in the future? I'm not talking about watches. But I wonder how it works.

I always bought from the boutique in past so I dont have any experience with grey market products. If anyone know, plase let me know. Thank you
