I purchased a Cartier from there for my DH's 30th within the last year, and it came with the original Cartier box. And, Cartier had no problem taking links out of it for him. I'd highly recommend them!

Yes that's how I got my cartier and they are totally legit. Took it to Cartier as well and they authenticated the watch. They are great! I've had the watch for 4 years or so and no problems whatsoever!

Jomashop totally ROCKS! I purchased a Coach bag from them a number of years ago. It was a discontinued style, but it was totally authentic. Just recently, I bought my husband a high-end Movado watch from them. They saved me several hundred dollars and the watch is 100% authentic. Came in all of the proper Movado packaging with all the appropriate paperwork, etc. I think Jomashop is terrific!

I have been thinking about purchasing one of the less expensive Cartier watches from Jomashop, but I thought I wouldn't be able to take it to Cartier for work. Will Cartier work on a watch from Joma if anything goes wrong with it? I assume I would have to pay, of course... Does anybody know?

I bought my Michele diamond deco from them last feb.
I got the original box and all the papers. Very happy with them. Took it to a reputable jeweler and they took out a few links with no problem. Their prices were substantially lower than any other online site for Michele watches.

After reading the positive responses on this site I was all set to buy my Michele Deco from them, but decided to do some additional research and was SHOCKED at the amount and nature of bad reviews. Most of the people said they got the wrong/defective item and Jomashop was very unaccomodating with fixing the problem. I checked the Better Business Bureau, and Jomashop is no longer backed by them because of their customer service. Now I'm torn- I feel like it's a crapshoot ordering from them. Very tempting though, since the watch I want is $300 off retail! I'm not sure what to do now!

I bought 2 Movados from them and was totally satisfied with the packaging and watches. Two friends bought a Cartier and the other bought a Bedat and were completely happy and satisfied. I think Jomashop is great!

Wow, people seem to be posting either really negative or really positive comments about it. I just purchased my Chanel J12 at the special Hawaii price of $4,820 (compared to mainland US $5,250). Jomashop is selling the exact same watch for $4,100. Arg. That's almost 1k price difference because my watch was 5k after taxes.

I guess I rest easy knowing I can always take it back to Chanel Fine Jewelry if there are ever any problems with it... Still. HUGE price difference!
