So I guess I was getting a little too excited about this website. Yesterday I called to confirm the watch I wanted because the picture on their website and the description were different. So I called to confirm which watch it actually was so I talked to the sales girl who confirmed with two other sales men that it was the watch I wanted. (BTW online the watch says in stock) so I procede to purchase the watch since I am on the phone with them anyway and it's before the shipping cut off time for that day. So I place my order she confirms it is in stock and gives me an order number. So I called again yesterday to verify my address that was emailed to me b/c the spelling was wrong and I didn't want anything to get in the way of it being delivered to me, and Again I ask about when it will ship and they said yesterday. So this morning I call because I never received an email confirmation and they said it will ship out today. Then 4 hours later I receive an email that the watch is OUT OF STOCK!!!!!! I was so P.O.ed at this point because I asked numerous times about when it would ship and they continued to give me time frames, even today prior to them sending me this email. SO of course I had to call them and complain and all they could say is sorry and offer me $10.00 off my next purchase. I'm sorry but I was spending over 2k and they are offering me $10 off, you've got to be kidding me. So needless to say I am stuck w/o a watch and not happy about it. Sorry this was so long I had to vent somewhere.....

Yes, Desi, please keep us updated! I tried to check the website resellerratings.com but it kept giving me trouble. It may cost a couple thousand extra, but I guess buying from the brick&mortar store may be worth it in the end because less hassle when oredering the watch and getting it worked on!

I've purchased a Fendi bag and a Movado from Jomashop - both seem completely legit. Especially the Movado.
The Fendi came in the original shipping box from Fendi manufacture and has authenticity cards.
If I ever find anything on the website again, I'll totally get it =)

I would try visiting an authorized dealer first and seeing what kind of deal they can give you. DBF bought a Tag Heuer Aquaracer yesterday from an authorized dealer, and they were able to give him a break on the price that was comparable to the price on Jomashop. If you can find an authorized dealer that will do this for you, you'd be much better off going that route.

thanks everyone for all your input. I actually bought my husband a different watch from another online site who also has a store front. It was the same retail price as the previous but I got a better discount on it. So to my surprise my husband also bought me and him Rolex watches as well. So now he has two new watches to wear

Hi everyone. I'm sure this has been asked before, but since the search function is not working I hope you will bear with me.

I was wondering if anyone has purchased a watch from Jomashop and what your experiences were? (I have read good things about their purses in the Fendi purse section.)

I am considering a small Cartier Tank watch and their price is excellent, but it is still a lot of money for me so I want to be confident before I "take the plunge".

I bought my michele diamond deco from them and have no complaints. the watch came with the authentic box and all documentation. i needed to have some links taken out (smaller) and my local jeweler did it free with no questions asked. The only thing is during a busy gift giving time, you will have difficulty contacting them.
When search works again, you will find threads for jomas.

Jomashop is okay, I have purchased several watches and Bvlgari items that are authentic. You also might want to check worldofwatches, I purchased a Cartier and Technomarine from them, their customer service is better than Jomashop.

I bought my Michele watch from Jomashop and had a very positive experience, they shipped quickly (except they sent it w/o signature required so it was sitting at my front door when I got home? Which could be risky.)
