Has anyone purchased from www.reebonz.com?

I purchased my first ever Prada handbag at Reebonz through Lay-by about 5 months ago. I tried to send it back because it was made in Turkey! Though I've heard that some prada bags are being made in Turkey and China but for me Prada which is not made in Italy is not worth my money. And it made me feel that Prada isn't Prada if its not made in Italy.

Sometimes i heard about someone purchased from reebonz and feel disappointed. It's horrible if reebonz made mistake of some items are not authentic. Oh noooo.
But in the end it's up to you

I just received my Balenciaga Part Time through Reebonz, looks perfect to me and came with everything (dustbags and cards)! I think it really depends on where you are? I am located in Singapore where the site is based.

I went to the Reebonz sale today (based in Singapore) and honestly? The 60%-70% offered is fair if they're selling the bags that people handle and mishandle, but I wouldn't pay the usual retail price.

I saw that Bal bags were 20% if anyone is interested.

has anyone ever thought how weird it is that there is hardly any reviews when you search on google?

and IF the goods sold by reebonz is counterfeit, none of the brands have reached out through a spokesperson to separate themselves away from the website? my theory is that the high end fashion brands are in cahootz with reebonz.

they need somewhere to sell their faulty stock, and where else but to fob it off to non suspecting customers online who believe they're getting a great deal on authentic luxury brands goods.

i mean you get what you pay for. but i think the fact that all the brands involved have stayed suspiciously quiet about this leads me to think there is something bigger going on than what we think ...

I am not sure why a lot of people are doubting reebonz. I bought most of my bags with them and sold some of mine as well through them. Everything's delivered in nice packaging with dustbags, cards that should come with the bags. Customer service is great too. I've been to their shop and everything there is authentic. When I had complaints with my prada saffiano, they took it back without problems. Knowing prada and saffiano issues, that could not have been reebonz fault. Anyway, I live local so calling and making exchanges are not that much of a hassle. I am in no way affiliated with this shop, just a happy customer.

It not about the packaging and fast delivery but more the actual item that we purchase - my work colleague got delivered a week after purchase and she must made a called first, oh Australia customer services wasn't good enough - I think depends on the moods of the girl, her name is Ella Ha.
Let see I just purchase (my second purchase from reebonz, first I returned it) balen city and should be delivery today, hope everything ok.
@paparazzi bait which country u were purchase from reebonz? Thanks

I always don't understand why they are so cheap but in current seasonal colors... such as Fendi & Bal.

I think the goods from them are under-QC products.. as I heard many quality issues in Asia.

Recently I bought a Fendi Zucca Key holder..which is fine....with many auth cards & tags etc..with dust bag and box

I've bought 3 bags from reebonz before and all transactions had been smooth-sailing.
I never doubted it's authenticity either.
Nonetheless I do agree that their warehouse/in-house sales do not seem attractive. What not when a thousand hands have touched the items on display.

Agreed with this. Been to their warehouse sales. Have seen those bags being thrown around.

Actually do they priced their bags higher during such sales? I have a feeling they do. Anyone?

I have just recently purchased a metallic edge city yesterday with their splurge20 coupon code! Yippie!

I've bought from them once, a brand new and was happy with my purchase. Definitely reliable in terms of authencity, they are quite well know in Singapore. However my friend had a bad experience buying pre-loved from them. Apparently their pictures are not clear and the condition rating is really not reliable. After asking around friends their pre-loved condition almost always come worse than you would expect.
Brand new prices are usually at least $200 off retail.

Used to shop with Clout Shoppe until they merged with Reebonz about half a year ago. Since then, i've had made at least 10 purchases with Reebonz SG and is currently a Solitaire member. So far, i have not encountered any problems (apart from one incident where there was a miscommunication with the delivery but got sorted out promptly) nor do i find their items fake. I'm not saying i'm an expert in authenticating bags but being an avid bag shopaholic , i would know if a bag doesn't seem right.

In fact, i had just received my Saint Laurent (comes with authentication card) and Moschino bags earlier today, nicely wrapped and packaged!

Do take note that not all brands/models have authentication cards, my Lady Dior for instance and i bought this bag directly from Dior boutique at La Fayette in Paris in January.
