I was doing some browsing on Reebonz just for fun and I thought it would be timely to reproduce the guarantee from Reebonz:-

"Reebonz Guarantees At Reebonz, we offer only the best brand names and highest quality goods. We stand proudly behind the authenticity of our goods be it brand new or pre-owned."

Note that the words in bold are by Reebonz themselves. Therefore, there is no excuse for them to say because it was a pre-owned item they are washing their hands off when the authenticity of the bag is in question. To be fair, they have also stated (in some items) that there are to be no returns or refunds. The risk is really up to the buyer to take.

I've recently purchased a final sale Celine wallet from Reebonz and realised it was a defect item when I received it yesterday. The last letter E on the logo was very blur and abit out of line and even out of shape. Even the black lines on the sides were so bad. I thought of bringing the wallet down to Celine for an authenticity check but then even if it's a real one, I still wouldn't want it since the condition is so bad..

I emailed them for a refund but they told me because my item was a final sale, I couldn't return it. Then I sent them a pic of the logo and told them it's unacceptable, they called me this morning, offering me an additional 5% discount on the item and that I keep the item, but I declined. So they will arrange for a return but refund will only be in credits... I guess better than nothing.. now I'm praying that the return process is smooth..

This was my 3rd purchase with Reebonz, the previous 2 purchases were fine but this experience will make me think twice on my next purchase.. after clearing up my credits.. :(

Managed to refund my bag. Reebonz will b comin to pick up e item tomorrow and refund e $ back to cc. At first dey offered reebonz credits but i refused. E smudged black ink is obviously a defect.
Apparently, celine items with grained leather all has tis uneven line. Checked w e SA n she claimed its a norm.

great then if it is norm and if we all know these bags (including other brands) are not perfect perhaps we can all relax buying from reebonz because clearly this is not their fault. I would focus more on their service and guarantees to determine their reliability as a company. I always like stores that stand by their products and accept returns no questions asked. If it's a final sale, I think it is safer to see the product in person anywhere I buy.

Great news! I'm glad they did that. I would really love to buy from Reebonz and not get taxed exorbitant amount for shipping in from European boutiques! :D

Thanks for letting us know about the uneven line in Celine handbags. Will you be purchasing a new Celine though? It's so beautiful. I would love to own one.

I received my balenciaga hip today - could not be happier. perfect bag - no doubt authentic and such great service.i could not be happier

I'm so keen to purchase a givenchy from reebonz however I am very scared of the authenticity. And I have read reviews from all that most is having issues with the quality, authenticity and refund delayed. The offer is really good and it's only for 1 day. Really in dilemma now. Anyone with exp purchasing with reebonz malaysia?

^^ I have purchased a few items. No issues with quality or authenticity. However, safer if you get it authenticated either here or using a paid authentication service. I've done both. Shipping was pretty fast. No idea about refunds as I mostly buy either final sale or had no issues so did not have to return. HTH and GL!

The Givenchy Antigona bags I'm seeing available on Reebonz right now don't have any obvious signs of fakes. I didn't study each and every one but they look good at first glance.
