I've bought 3 bags and a wallet from Reebonz (Malaysia) so far and have not had any problems. All bags came with authenticity card and dust bags. The wallet came with original box and dust bag.

Once made an order before I left for a 2 week long trip overseas, called the local customer's service to hold the delivery of the bag until I'm back. They were very helpful and accommodating, arranged to the bag to be delivered immediately when I was back. Bag reached in 2 days upon my return. Generally satisfied with Reebonz's products and customer service so far. I've just placed another order! :smile1:
 
UPDATE: after a long struggle and repair after 2weeks from last spoken, I received the serviced bag on 4th Jul.

A huge scratch across the middle focus point of the bag. Finally decided on taking back a full refund. Too much wasted time on this bag.
Hope no tpfer come across this bag.

Most items were acceptable for me ‘just very minor defectthat really hard to notice” but some I returned because not meet my standard J

One rules that we should remember and keep in our mind"why Reebonz sell cheaper than boutique or authorized dealer?”
It is highly possible that Reebonz item is defect product, canbe very minor that hard to notice or easy to find.
Why Reebonz do not sell brand new item like LV, Chanel, orHermes? Because their destroyed all items that not reach their standard quality,other brand still sell their defect product with cheap price.

This is just my opinion – I believe Reebonz sell authentic brandnew item (not sure about pre-loved), that the items are mix between goodquality boutique standard and defect item minor or easy to see, and I neverexpect received the item 100% like I purchase from boutique or authorized dealer.I guess what we paid what we get J

Oh one more thing, Reebonz would not accept if we say theiritem is defect or fake. They are claim as mentioned at email to me - Reebonzsources items from various suppliers globally so the items you see in a boutiquein Australia are limited to their regulations. Again my opinion is internationalbrand will make/produce same quality standard of one particular bag doesn’t matterwhich country they will sell the bag.

I agree with u! I've been to Reebonz store in my country, not impressed with how they display their bags. I can't imagine any Designer boutiques would store their bags that way!

I've always wondered why Reebonz has sales every single day!! And they always sell bags at price lower than boutique.

My cousin bought PS1 from Reebonz, serial number on receipt and the bag was different. But Reebonz claimed Proenza Schouler store doesn't give bag of similar serial number as well.

I bought 1 preloved Prada from them but I'm not happy with the condition, (not as good as described) so I plan to sell back to Reebonz or to other Consignment shop. [emoji17]
 
I just receive my purchase from Reebonz. A longchamp and a Balenciaga City. They came in good condtion and they even provide a dustbag for the longchamp bag. Also they have very nice packing (bag is place inside big box and tied with gold ribbon).

Their prices are so cheap.
I've purchased fendi key pouch.

It's fine tho.. but it looks like it've been storing for a long time..


But I think most of their products are the under-QC products or defects from the luxury brands.
And nearly all luxury brands won't accept repairs for the items that not purchase from official stores directly.
So they would be a lot cheaper.


Once I found them to sell my Chloe Paraty.
Their service was terrible & slow.

The description of my bag was totally wrong.
They just copied and pasted.
I asked them to change and they changed very slow. The bag is black but they stated brown! and also other mistakes!!
So please don't trust their descriptions.

I've made 3 purchases from Reebonz and haven't had any problems. They were very nicely wrapped in a big box with gold ribbons. In fact I favour buying from them nowadays not only because of the price, but the fact that they also provide a big box so I can store my bag nicely.

I just want to share my experience with reebonz. So, i bought a balenciaga bag for them. I went to the store, tried it out and it was perfect. I asked the sales person if this is authentic, and she make sure that everything is authentic. After i went back home, i started to check the authenticity of the bag. All of the hardware and the bag tag was correct. So i am sure it is authentic. However, when i checked the authenticity card, i am shock because the style number on the card did not match with the serial number on the bag. The other thing is on their website their stated that if the mirror are wrap in plastic it means it fake. And my one was wrapped in plastic!!! The last thing is the sample leather did not have the 3D structure as the bag itself! So i was furious about it!

I went back to the store asked for refund. And the sales person told me he can not do refund because i am questiong about the authenticity. But after i explained why i doubt the bag. He take alook on the other type of balen bag and agree that my card bag has wrong number. But he cant do refund without the manager and it was sunday. So i am okey to come bag on monday. He said he will try to contact me before monday. But nothing happend. So on monday, went to the store at 10.30, manager not there. And he asked me to call when i came back. He said the manager should be around 12. Then i called around 12.30, but manager not there. I asked them to call me when she was there. But no one called me after i called them again at 1.40. And the manager was there.

So i came back to the store, spoke to the manager. I actually surprise how the manager handle this problem compared to the sales person that being unresponsive! The manager was so nice and understand my concern. After i talked through the problem and she managed to give me the explanAtion. She said that she guaranteed that their bag are authentic because it all came from europe! But she agreed with me that the number of the card was wrong. Si she knows why i am concernd. And about the mirror wrap and their website, she said the bag came from singapore and because singapore is humit so they wrap it on plastic so the mirror and tge bad did not stick. About the website, that website was their first website that was written by a blogger. It was used to introduce reebonz to australia. And she raised the issue to the headquarter and managed to track down the website. And she gave my money bag!

Well overall, i think i may be so unlucky this time. I think they may sell the authentic bag and the cheaper price is because the last season and they may a bit of defect. But if you buy from them, make sure u check everything first. Because you gonna waster your time to make a complaint and etc! So, now i am happy to get my money bag.

May I know which Reebonz store u went to?
 
Before i questioning reebonz authenticity, i went to one store that sell balenciaga in Herrald, sydney:. The bag in herrald store had the number on the card that match the bag, no plastic wrap what so ever and the sample leather is the same as leather bag!

So becarefull guys if you r planning to buy from reebonz!! Check everything first!!

If you have problem to get refund from reebonz and you have proof why the item is not right. You can raise the problem to fair trading or ACCC!

Even if the item is clearance or sale, in the ACCC website, they stated consumer in australia got the right to exchange refund if the item faulthy, not as promise etc eventhough it is sale item!

I've purchased four things in total from them, Prada wallet (didn't know anything about Reebonz at the time), FENDI 2jour (just because it was so so much cheaper than concession store in Melbourne, and I wanted the specific colour), saint laurent SDJ baby (bargain price compared to DJs) and lastly a Rocco.

Everything is authentic (I've sold the Fendi and had it authenticated for buyer) but having an issue with my AW Rocco. Didn't even come in an AW dustbag! And it seemed a bit dirty/stained but that might be QC issues?

I've messaged them about it but after a week still no reply. Their customer service is a joke. I've always been wary because of what you ladies have said but sometimes it's hard to pass up something because it's impossible to buy here in Australia or without paying a ridiculous price compared to other countries.
 
i just received my Issey Miyake Bao Bao from reebonz and last week a Tod's Gommino drivers. Both came in boutique type packaging and in excellent, authentic condition. Another two very satisfied buys here. It seems like most problems are from the Australia branch. I'm fortunate enough I'm in Singapore.
 
Just received my Balen Work in SGHW Rouge Cerise today and found out that the mirror was missing. It's my 1st purchase from ReebonzAus and I have emailed them with photos. Tags still intact and everything.
Like seriously how can the mirror be missing?? Zzz
