I am Black member of Reebonz Australia - and still everytime I made purchase I always do research and check each detail when the itemarrived.
Most items were acceptable for me just very minor defectthat really hard to notice but some I returned because not meet my standard J
One rules that we should remember and keep in our mind"why Reebonz sell cheaper than boutique or authorized dealer?
It is highly possible that Reebonz item is defect product, canbe very minor that hard to notice or easy to find.
Why Reebonz do not sell brand new item like LV, Chanel, orHermes? Because their destroyed all items that not reach their standard quality,other brand still sell their defect product with cheap price.
This is just my opinion I believe Reebonz sell authentic brandnew item (not sure about pre-loved), that the items are mix between goodquality boutique standard and defect item minor or easy to see, and I neverexpect received the item 100% like I purchase from boutique or authorized dealer.I guess what we paid what we get J
Oh one more thing, Reebonz would not accept if we say theiritem is defect or fake. They are claim as mentioned at email to me - Reebonzsources items from various suppliers globally so the items you see in a boutiquein Australia are limited to their regulations. Again my opinion is internationalbrand will make/produce same quality standard of one particular bag doesnt matterwhich country they will sell the bag.

I just want to share my experience with reebonz. So, i bought a balenciaga bag for them. I went to the store, tried it out and it was perfect. I asked the sales person if this is authentic, and she make sure that everything is authentic. After i went back home, i started to check the authenticity of the bag. All of the hardware and the bag tag was correct. So i am sure it is authentic. However, when i checked the authenticity card, i am shock because the style number on the card did not match with the serial number on the bag. The other thing is on their website their stated that if the mirror are wrap in plastic it means it fake. And my one was wrapped in plastic!!! The last thing is the sample leather did not have the 3D structure as the bag itself! So i was furious about it!
I went back to the store asked for refund. And the sales person told me he can not do refund because i am questiong about the authenticity. But after i explained why i doubt the bag. He take alook on the other type of balen bag and agree that my card bag has wrong number. But he cant do refund without the manager and it was sunday. So i am okey to come bag on monday. He said he will try to contact me before monday. But nothing happend. So on monday, went to the store at 10.30, manager not there. And he asked me to call when i came back. He said the manager should be around 12. Then i called around 12.30, but manager not there. I asked them to call me when she was there. But no one called me after i called them again at 1.40. And the manager was there.
So i came back to the store, spoke to the manager. I actually surprise how the manager handle this problem compared to the sales person that being unresponsive! The manager was so nice and understand my concern. After i talked through the problem and she managed to give me the explanAtion. She said that she guaranteed that their bag are authentic because it all came from europe! But she agreed with me that the number of the card was wrong. Si she knows why i am concernd. And about the mirror wrap and their website, she said the bag came from singapore and because singapore is humit so they wrap it on plastic so the mirror and tge bad did not stick. About the website, that website was their first website that was written by a blogger. It was used to introduce reebonz to australia. And she raised the issue to the headquarter and managed to track down the website. And she gave my money bag!
Well overall, i think i may be so unlucky this time. I think they may sell the authentic bag and the cheaper price is because the last season and they may a bit of defect. But if you buy from them, make sure u check everything first. Because you gonna waster your time to make a complaint and etc! So, now i am happy to get my money bag.
