I had purchased 6+ bags from Reebonz (plus a balenciaga wallet for my husband). Mainly Balenciaga, Givenchy, Celine, Proenza Schouler and a Longchamp. The condition when I got them were immaculate and pretty sure they are authentic - having said that, I realized that I never bought any of them from the Final Sale event.

A close friend of mine bought a Celine Trio from the final sale and got it sent to my office address. It was around $250 cheaper than retail price however there were scratches around the bag. Just be careful with the final sale bags, since you can't return them or get a refund.

Just a note about Prada, I once bought a wallet from the Prada store in Bicester Outlet in UK, there were some tiny defects which I didn't notice until I got back in Australia. I personally won't buy Prada from Reebonz, considering the item I bought from the actual (outlet) shop itself had defects on them.

So I've purchased a Saint Laurent clutch and Chloe bucket bag from Reebonz recently and have been very happy with both purchases.
Earlier this week I eyed the gorgeous Chloe Mini Drew on sale on their website and couldn't pass it up. I finally got it today but was so gutted when I saw it. It's actually the Chloe NANO size and not the MINI size as described! I had a look at my order and checked style code on the order which matches the bag. Then I looked at the measurements Reebonz provided for the 'Mini' and noticed that it's actually measurements for the Nano size. Surely this is false and misleading advertising to claim it to be a Mini when it clearly isn't right?? I've emailed them so I'm hoping I can get a refund based on this. So annoyed!!

sharing my experience as well. I would not even buy any products from reebonz anymore. I bought Saint Laurent nano SDJ everything looks fine and then my friend also ask me to get one for her when the item arrived there are very minor difference between those two bags. The one that I got, the stud under the bag got saint Laurent embossed in it, while the one that my friend got didn't have the embossed on the metal stud, which is very weird !!!! I must say both bag I bought under the 50% discounted price, which I expect a tiny scratch or something but not the missing embossed on the stud. It just doesn't make any sense to me why Reebonz can sell cheaper price than designer own store in Europe. Maybe if its seasonal colour, but even classic black colour is discounted as well. I know we all wants to find ways to convince ourselves that its fine, but I guess its really not worth it when you got couple hundred bucks discounted but end up with fake goods

Wow I wasn't even aware SDJs had embossed studs, my baby doesn't

Just an update. Previously posted that I had no issues with Reebonz but had never had to return an item.
Recently, had to return a pair of shoes (too narrow for me) and ran into some difficulty. By coincidence, Reebonz sent me an online customer satisfaction survey, which I filled up with details on my issue.
A company rep then called me to ask for further details, then the Customer Service Director for the Malaysian branch personally called me and apologised for the problems I had encountered. She also said that she would drop me an email with her contact detail.
Didn't get any email and thought 'Empty promises'
To my pleasant surprise, this morning, courier delivered a gift from Reebonz complete with a card and her contact details as promised.
I am quite impressed with the Malaysian office and certainly hoped that all the improvements that was promised will materialise.

Hello I'm a customer from South Korea.
This is my first purchase these from Reebonz. I bought a new product. I mean new one! Not preowned, not displayed, not defective(you know Reebonz sells it with discounted price)!!!!But the NEW product quality is so HORRIBLE. 😥😵 I'm actually not sensitive to small flaws . However, the bag I received looks like a second-hand. I got 20% off when I bought it. I would have never bought it(even if they offer half price)if I had known that has so many flaws and scratches.:((( I applied for exchange on the website. I only hope that they take responsibility to their customers.

Just think I should share with you guys my experience buying from Reebonz.

I was looking to buy a regular size Mulberry Alexa oak , which led me to Reebonz that offered a surprisingly large range of designer handbags to choose from. I had a second thought about what I wanted as I browsed their huge collection of merchandises. Their Balenciaga bags don't have as much discount as other bags but still are quite tempting compared to other sites which usually charge import duties and shipping cost. So I decided on a balenciage bag.

Lucky for me , I didn't choose those bags with massive bargain prices but pick the one I liked. .

The delivery time was super quick, but after I unboxed it, everything felt wrong. I checked the bag and it didn't take more than two minutes before I came to the conclusion that it was a COUNTERFEIT. Why ? let's say that I've owned three authentic ones that I bought in the boutique in Europe.

Beware, girls, it 's not worth it to save a couple hundred dollars but end up buying a fake Balenciage bag for almost 2 grand.

I would like to see some photos of that.

Several sites have sold fakes in the past, Bluefly among others so it isn't unheard of but if you're going to make that accusation, it would be nice (as well as fair) to post some photographic evidence.

Thanks.

I was a customer and actually a victim. Of course I had returned it and got refunded.

Anyway, buy at your own risk, this was only my experience and opinion I hope some other PFers would find useful.

Okay here is one of the pictures, of course I have taken a lot more. Since Reebonz actually requires signing up first before buying from them, I'm actually one of their members. For understandable reasons I am NOT going to dwell on this topic any further.
like I said, buy at your own risk.

Hi ClaudineK, are there pictures you can share with us?

I have an unpleasant experience with Reebonz too. I bought a Saint Laurent Small Monogramme Rive Gauche Cabas from Reebonz last week and received the package on Wednesday2/12/2015. However, I am deeply disappointed with the bag's quality. There are scratches on the bag and many defects.

I immediately sent an email and requested for return on Wednesday afternoon attached with pictures for their reference. Their staff replied was we would like to offer you a 6% further discount in the form of your original payment.

Actually i tried to figure out ways of removing the whits, however, it didnt work. Then I called Reebonz on Thurs 3/12/2015, the staff was telling me some bull**** like:
I hope you understand that handmade bag would have imperfect parts, the picture you attached from YSL official website used to be perfect as they would pick the best quality goods for showing online.

WTF? The staff sounds like I have to accept the defects. I immediately replied the staff that the bag's quality is much more worst than the real bag that I have been looking in Saint Laurent Retails store, no bags quality would be like the brand new bag your company send me.

Everyone saw the pictures that I took, they firstly asked: is it a fake bag?

Now, Reenonz is willing to accept return but I am still wondering how would they handle my case, as I am not willing to buy bags from them ANYMORE. Just hoping that they would refund 100% to me instead of refund Reebonz credits.

PS* I do wanna share the pics with you guys but i do not know how to upload it with link!

I have purchased several items from Reebonz, both new and pre-owned. The funny thing is, I was more satisfied with the pre-owned bags than the "new" items. I returned both of the new bags that I ordered because both were scratched. On one bag, the leather sealant was even starting to crack. On the bright side, Reebonz gave me a cash refund promptly, no questions asked.
