got my preloved item through Reebonz Closet, it really is just a butler/authentication service! didnt come with the Reebonz packaging, no bow.. was really sad:< but my item was authentic and i guess that was most important!

Hi black leather! Hi have bought numerous bags, SLGs, scarves, shoes from R.com. All were authentic. I only had to return one and that was no hassle. All were neatly packaged. Quick delivery. However, I don't EVER buy preloved or last sale items from them so I could return if I'm not happy with the product I received. That said, I haven't bought from them for more than a year as I had been traveling overseas and doing all my shoppings elsewhere, so I'm not sure if their CS has changed. I honestly don't think their prices are much cheaper. It's just that in Aus, we didn't have much choice and their service was convenient.
I agree with gagabag. I bought several bags from Reebonz Malaysia. They were properly packed and arrived within a week. I tend to avoid last sale items as they disallow returns. I find that their customer service could be improved. Overall, I was fortunate that I did not experience any problems with my Reebonz purchases.
Yes, i doubt they sell authentic.. I bought balenciaga from them .. And found so many things that make me believe its fake. Thank god i can get a refund.
Can you post photos of the counterfeit Bal bag from Reebonz?
I have a couple from them and so far they are authentic.
I have my Bal bags too that I bought in Rome boutique. I like them and that's why I wanted to have more in my collection.
Simply touch the leather, you can tell the big difference.
The smell of leather of the bag from Reebonz was way way way off too.
I was lucky that I already owned authentic Bal bags so I could tell authentic from fake.
I don't want to post more photos, I had returned it and got a refund so it was over for me.
Yes, it would be good to post pics or proof of the many inauthentic claims here. I think that will be more objective as many here buy from this company. All the bags I bought from them are authentic too. They may not be the same brand new condition as in boutiques but I think that's to be expected of discounted items and the difference of a boutique experience.
I still bought some designer handbags after that bad experience with Reebonz, I've learned my lesson so I only deal with legit shopping sites or official websites exclusively since then.
I mean, c'mon, a bad fake for two grand ? I would say that Bal bag I got was really a bad fake. What a blatant ripoff ! Why not get a lot of good quality replicas for two grand if you are not able to authenticate a designer handbag.
It really left a bad taste in my mouth.

Anyway, I've read a few post where people claim they got fakes from reputable websites, and when they actually post pictures, the item has been proven authentic. Buyers remorse?

Before I decided to buy that Bal bag, I actually did some research on that website. I guess there're a lot of scammers around to promote Reebonz, which in a way made me fall victim to it. Why do you have to put down any one who doubt Reebonz ? What are you afraid of ? I have the right to name and shame the scammer.
That 's the only bad experience I had with designer handbags , which really pissed me off, since I don't really have much time to waste on the following hassle.
What more proof do you want, how about the E-receipt ?

What I mean is proof of how the handbag that you said was fake is fake. My point is A LOT of people post things about big websites selling fakes or super fakes - to be taken seriously, perhaps you should include some pictures or something to prove that Reebonz sold you a fake...

They were just stating that please be careful buying from reebonz for the fact that they have unpleasant encounter buying from reebonz.
For savings couple hundreds bucks I guess I would also prefer buying from boutique. You get the experience and guarantee it will be Authentic, and you get receipt from the store.
I think it's because most of us here buy from reebonz and we never received fakes as was claimed here. In a sense, saying a company is a scam or scammer is a BIG claim bordering to slander. Just like buying from secondary market, we ******************, have proof we bought from the seller before we declare we got scammed. So, if there is proof that the said bag was really purchased from reebonz, that should be made clear here through authentication and not some 'intuition' from owning bal bags. I mean, we're not even allowed to say our opinions here about bag authenticity unless we meet certain posting requirements so is't saying their bags are fake based on opinions the same? I think the point is it is better to be objective about this since this is affecting the community wanting to buy from reebonz. I know it's tough competition for boutiques if indeed the products are genuine and you can buy them for less. So far, I've on,y had good experience from my purchases and if you're saying I'm just lucky then I've saved a lot to buy one more bag for being so.
