My first order from Reebonz was a burberry bag, which in no doubt by thorough inspection was an authentic one. The second one was a YSL cabas chyc, which I had to return because the delivery man delivered it while holding the handles with his own bare hands, it was not even inside any kind of packaging like a box or even inside the dust bag ; then when I held the bag and inspected it, I was beyond horrified when the Y buckle detached so needless to say I just told him off that I won't accept it, since the transaction was a "cash on delivery basis" the cancellation of transaction was a breeze. The Third item that I ordered from them was a Prada bn2274 bag in black, It came in a box it had a dustbag. But, the funny thing was I was skeptical about the bag because something really did felt off about it, so i researched here at the purseforum threads about the difference of a FAKE prada bag and an AUTHENTIC one,so bottom line was that I realized it was a fake bag, wanted a return but they did not allow me, they told me countless times that it was an original one, when I asked them how they got their Prada bags, and where, they told me it was somewhere in Europe without even any specifications. So I ended up having one fake designer bag in my bag collection. I really want to trust Reebonz, I mean I did have a successful transaction with them the first time, I just hope that they scrutinize their products more carefully and select reliable suppliers for the items they are selling. Lesson Learned indeed. So Ladies my advise is, just be careful and try to inspect what you buy, or drop by the purseforum threads, before buying anything designer online, especially if you plan to splurge a huge sum. It won't hurt if you ask some dear ladies here for authentication I'm sure anyone in here would gladly be able to help you or....... Simply head to the Designer stores, I'm sure you won't have troubles then hehe.

Thanks for your info!
I think my wallet that I received would have been a rejected stock....Unfortunately I'm in Australia and no Balenciaga shop here for me to bring my wallet to check...I'm going to ring Reebonz tomorrow and see if they can refund the money as I am not happy with the quality of the wallet...
I hope they can fix it..next time I rather buy through New york Barney...only around $100 dollar different and you can be sure it's real one.

Thank you guys for all the reply!!! I will keep you guys updated
I hope you get a refund or something. I don't trust reebonz anymore after getting a fake balenciaga bag from them.

I have bought a lot from reebonz. Pleasant experience with a miumiu (it came with an authenticity card which my one from harrods didn't have). I was skeptical and brought it to miu miu and got it authenticated. Bought a givenchy as well and brought to givenchy to get it authenticated. Got a fendi recently and it looked really awesome.

But after reading so much about pradas, I got worried about the 3 i bought from them. I bought the mainly nylons cross over and a wallet.

I got a vintage chanel from them as well. I choose to believe its authenticity but I haven't got a chance to visit chanel. But i read somewhere on PF that someone actually got a fake one from them :x

Btw have any of you ladies tried reebonz Closet? I purchased something from there but am getting worried about the authenticity services!

Yeah, my seller did not have the receipt any more I am paying more for ateliers service! *fingers crossed* Mine is due to arrive on Wednesday, will update you guys!

Mine will arrive wednesday too! And upon reading your comment, I JUST realised that I didn't even ask for receipt, looked back at the posting and yep, no receipt! Ahhhhhh waiiiiii

Hi all,

I just bought a Bal from Reebonz. After reading this, I'm quite worry... The bag looks authentic to me! I've posted in "Authentic this Balenciaga". Looking for the expert to give their opinion. In the meantime, what do you think of my purchase?

I know it's hard to be patient, but please wait for the authenticators to get back to you, they're usually quite quick to reply, and the last thing you need is people who don't have the expertise weighing in on your bag and confusing the issue :smile1:

After reading this thread, both good and bad experience on their purchase with Reebonz. Yea, waiting patiently for the authenticators to get back to me. I hope I'm the lucky one :smile1:

that looks a beautiful, authentic bal to me. Congrats! I trust reebonz though and really baffled by the comments here. Makes me wonder why they keep buying from reebonz if they doubt the company? I have never had problems with my bag purchases from them.

This is my first time purchase from Reebonz, I hope there will be no problems and many more to come :graucho:

I'm from Malaysia and I'm eyeing one Fendi bag with a very good price and way below the retail price. I'm slightly sceptical about the bag as to where Reebonz sourced their bags from and why they are so much lower than the retail price. With the lower price offered for sale, they make a profit too!! Really wonder how they are able to do so.
